And Obamacare yea shall have!

Good luck to all those millions of workers who will now become part-time employees. At least you will have some job for those who will be laid off.

Boehner was speaking from his anal pore.

The thing is ObamaKKKare won't work in any fashion without maintenance of extreme penalties for non-compliance.

Another thing it needs is a serious federal government subsidy.

Easy enough to propose repeal of all penalties for noncompliance AND simply not budget funds for personnel or facilities to implement and manage it.

The House has to be willing to let some of the beneficiaries suffer and die so we can pass legislation that will save all of us from the punishments the Democrats plan to inflict on us through ObamaKKKare.

It’s simple. The House should NOT fund Obamacare. ALL funding starts in the House. Don’t pass it. So be it. Elections have consequences.

The sad fact is that almost everyone in Washington, D.C. wanted this. Republicans as well as democrats.

Hey Bonehead!

It is still unpopular and you have these options, among others:

  1. Delay its implementation.
  2. Defund it.
  3. Defang it.

Roll over and play dead is not a viable option. There is a reason the GOP still has a House majority for now. If you can't help, then get the hell out of the way and let somebody else lead.

We had to pass that bill to read that bill. It is not the law of land.

What do you think Boehner and the house republicans can do?
The GOP does not have a 2/3 majority that would be required to overcome the guaranteed veto of any repeal they might manage to pass. And even if they did, the GOP doesn’t even have a majority in the senate, let alone the 60 votes needed to overcome a democrat filibuster or the 2/3 needed to override the still equally GUARANTEED veto from obama. Any attempt to repeal obamacare is dead in the water before it even gets into the water.

What do you think Boehner and the house republicans can do?

Exactly what is in their Constitutional power: defund it. They alone can originate budgets.

Yup. Pretty much sums it up.

And Boehner is right, after all. This election really was the last chance to stop the national suicide that Obamacare is about to wreak. Well, that and two supreme court justices.

Was everybody asleep when the Screw Deal happened? We abandoned adherence to the Constitution at least 80 years ago.

Boehner is such a spineless eunuch.

No he is not. He is exactly what this corrupt "Two-Party Cartel" has enacted. He keeps his job by doing the work for the elites that own him. He comes from a safe district. He gets all the perks & poops on the constituents. The (R)s redistrict Allen West & sent him out to loose because he didn't comply with these elites & was becoming too strong.

Beginning Of The End of Founding Principles?

Welcome to the party, pal.

The Beginning of the End was allowing Executive Branch agencies to write laws.

This isn't the beginning, this is the end.
