Not sure who is accusing you of overreacting. Any evidence of voter fraud must be reported and pursued. But if dems run these precints how do we get the evidence? I feel like we can look at the numbers from the outside and infer fraud but without access to the data we don’t have prosecutable evidence. I just hope some on our side are pursuing this. I feel like massive fraud occurred because the data I do see makes no sense. However that is not enough.

I rejected Romney, but voted for him anyway.

FR is not a good sample. FReepers are more opinionated, tend to be better informed, either with valid or invalid data, and, in general, tend to care more than the voters that will elect a GOPer or Conservative.

"I believe, personally, that instead of voting multiple times, they found a way to nullify or not register votes for Romney."

I'm a computer programmer.

It's a trivial matter, maybe 4 or 5 lines of code, to tell a program to ignore, say every 10th or 15th Republican vote record.

Just loop through the input file, count 1,2,3, up to 10 records, throw away (ignore) that record, then continue.

As far as I know, there is no audit trail to compare the final count with the actual number of vote records submitted.

And what if it is election officials who are facilitating fraud?

Unlike in 2000 when Gore alleged defective ballots and then forced manual counting, in 2012 Democrats are resorting to blatant acts of commission.

While voters in other Florida Counties could not vote on Sunday and Monday, November 4 & 5, Palm Beach County Supervisor of Elections, Susan Bucher (D), dissatisfied with weeks of early voting allowed voting in heavily Democrat Palm Beach County.

These additional days of voting gives an advantage to Democrats.

A fair election is one where everyone has an equal opportunity to vote, one team doesn’t get extra chances to score.

Election officials are complicit in fraud.

In Florida there’s an audit trail in that there are paper ballots that are bubbled-in and scanned. Those ballots are stored in a warehouse for 10 years. If they wanted to go back and manually count every one, they could; but they won’t.

Here is some from latest article on www.blackboxvoting.ORG :

(National) 11/7/2012 - AMERICA’S CLAIRVOYANT ELECTION SYSTEM - Perhaps one of the oddest moments of all during last night’s live election coverage was what happened to Karl Rove on Fox Network News.

With Florida still too close to call and hundreds of thousands of votes still out in Ohio (including a large hunk of votes in Romney strongholds), and with a spread of about 100,000 votes separating the candidates in Ohio, Fox called Ohio for Obama. Karl Rove arranged to come on the Fox network to voice his rebuttal.

Now, whatever you think of Rove, I think most of us agree that he’s a numbers guy. His numbers didn’t support the calling of the state of Ohio at that point in time. When he explained his reasoning, the Fox anchor quickly shut him down. “It’s a science” he was told.

Based not on actual votes, but on projections from a single private entity, the National Election Pool (NEP), we were all told what the election results were going to be. When Rove pulled out his notes and calculations, he was basically told “Shut up, this is a science.”

But is that what your vote really is? A science project, to be viewed only by experts inside a nesting set of black boxes, completely out of public view?

If we are to have real self-governance, we need to be able to authenticate each essential step in our own elections — without need for special expertise to explain to us what the result is. What more centralized, privatized form of declaring a result is there than to commission the NEP to provide a single set of statistics to ALL of the TV networks for a declaration of results without human eyes ever looking at a single ballot.

The media called the election in Tennessee just 11 minutes after the polls closed and by the way, exit polls had already been cancelled in Tennessee because, it was explained, everyone already knew who the winner was going to be so why bother with the expense. Even the voting machines, opaque and controlled by whatever their programmers put into them, had not yet issued results printouts. Is this the new, NEW method for pretending at democracy?

G -

This is the first election I’ve ever seen where the numbers just don’t make sense - where they are outside what I thought possible. But if it really was egregious enough, then it will be documentable.

In that case, I’ll buy you lunch, and laugh at taking you out to the wood shed in my post when I myself was 6% off in my calculation of the popular vote.

I’m just quicker to believe that the inevitable demographic monster has arrived than that D’s could muster a 2 or 3 million vote heist. But I’ve been wrong before ... as my predictions about the election itself prove.

Here’s how I’ll phrase it: I don’t know, but I wouldn’t be surprised. I’ve never seen an administration more adept at botching ill structured cover-ups (and never seen a media so willing to make up for it.) The very brashness of everything they do is a reflection that they believe the electorate to be incredibly stupid and uninterested - so they don’t seem to do much to cover their tracks until it’s too late ... at which time the Executive Orders start rolling out.

So - I will fly to wherever you live and buy you lunch if this gets legs enough, not such that some congressman’s son gets busted on YouTube for not falling far from the tree ... but a serious vote fraud story where the documentation of fraud is way stronger than the rumor (as with the fake but true Bush/Rather story,) the story either documents or guarantees that it indicates millions and not hundreds, and breaks through to the MSM as a real story questioning the outcome of the election. There is enough money out there that if the story has legs, someone will pay to support researching it. After all, Mitt’s out of a job right now, and he has some capital on the side.

They know exactly where to target. We had massive turnout - what happened if not fraud?

I read we again had 6 million missing voters. This is getting old. We also had 6 million missing voters in 2008, so now there are 12 million missing voters? Sure. Okay.

Some say the GOP is complicit. (Why aren’t they (GOP) up in arms on this?)

Well, you know, they don't want to offend the independents.

The Democrats are busy stuffing Uncle Sam into a wood chipper and the Republicans do nothing. There is blatant fraud in Palm Beach and not a peep is heard.

What’s getting old is the Republicans ineffectualness.

They sat down and shut-up for Obama’s non-recess recess appointments, they have done nothing for Fast & Furious, and are doing nothing for Benghazi.

And good god no we better not talk about someone who refuses to present ID.

I don’t care whether the cause is intention or lack of ability, the R’s aren’t getting the job done. It’s getting old.

Things have hardly changed with this election. So what happens? Reid claims it’s a mandate. Boehner says, “We’re ready to be led”. This exemplifies these LOSERS. Boehner has got to go. He can not be allowed to continue as Speaker.

Get rid of Boehner. Get answers on Benghazi. Find out who the hell is sitting in the Whitehouse. Stop being me-too Democrat wanna-be’s.

It’s real simple: stand up and fight.

What’s getting old is the can’t do Republicans. Get it done or get outta the way.

Look at the judges who issued the order expelling the inspectors

What judges were those? As I was following the story live, the inspectors were court-appointed in the first place, and the courts quickly reaffirmed them and ordered the sheriffs to escort them in.

This from Rich Moran at American Thinker: These Inspectors are election officials - again, court appointed - and are reportedly being thrown out by the Head Judges of Elections (these Judges are elected Democrats). Read more: http://www.americanthinker.com/blog/2012/11/how_close_is_pennsylvania_gop_election_inspectors_tossed_from_13_philly_precincts.html#ixzz2BfmctbJs

Those are the judges I was referring to.

Nice Post!

I want to at least collect the links to the credible stories of fraud.

Consider that Michael Barone and Rassmusen were way off, also.
There’s nobody better.

Consider Silver got it right, but was fed by the Dem machine, who orchastrated the fraud in the first place.

Well, I was dead on w/Barone, before he said that, and I added Michigan and Nevada and 1 from Maine to the mix. On the night before the election, I was worried about having erred on the side of caution, so added Minnesota.

But have you seen the party ID numbers in exit polls? These can’t really be faked (of course, anything can be faked.) From what I read, they show blacks turned out, and they show something like a 39D% to 32R% party ID.

At 60M votes, probably fewer than McCain got after it’s all counted ... I mean ... if you couldn’t get more than that this year, then you’re never going to.

But again, fraud wouldn’t surprise me as an option. My money, though, right now, is on moderate Republicans and Indies sitting it out. Sounds like evangelicals sat it out too.

Like life and liberty, responsibility for choices’ consequences is self evident. Can’t be manipulated - my opinion doesn’t change anything. I’m sorry if someone is against abortion, but unless someone has some calculation that says not showing up would long term save more unborn lives ... by doing nothing they just voted for a lot of abortions, and they also voted for Obama’s very voters to suffer. Their median incomes are already down 4,300$, but since they are getting a 500$ Pell Grant and revenge on the evil rich ... well ... finances were never their strong suit, and that’s why they are where they are. They just paid 3800$ and more for revenge.

If you can give me fraud, I change my offer. 5 lunches, in the countries of your choosing.

Wouldn’t a time-stamped receipt for the voter and one for the machine identify the voters’ ballots, and how they voted? That obviates the ‘secrecy’ of the ballot.

At our polling place, each machine - 2 computers and 1 optical scanner - had a counter. At the end of the day, the number of votes cast on those three machines has to match the number of voters who checked in for a ballot. The number of electronic votes and paper ballots has to add up to that same number. Every paper ballot distributed to the precinct has to be accounted for.

There are a number of safeguards, but if you have corrupt people running the elections, as appears the case in certain Philadelphia precincts, maybe we need some Eastern European UN poll watchers there, and not in TX.
