If the fledgling Romney administration is unwilling to roll back the last four years’ worth of EPA regulations on coal and everything else, or if they are unable to due to ‘rat resistance in Congress (likely), it doesn’t matter what else they do — their attempts to revive the economy are going to fall flat.
Energy is the lifeblood that nourishes and powers an industrial society. And coal is one of the pillars upon which the strength of our society stands.
We need MORE coal-fired plants, coal mines, etc. Without same, we can’t grow. It’s really that simple .
