All we would need is a website where the service members input their ID code and zip code and get to vote on their local races electronically. There is no reason this could not be done.
Online voting is a pretty bad idea right now with current computer security technology. It eliminates the secret ballot, opens up elections to attacks from foreign countries, and there’s no way to tell if the computer the soldier is voting on has been compromised by viruses.
