Obviously it will have to be heavily encrypted and used in a “closed system” at this point. Maybe even all the votes put into a single file and delivered elsewhere electronically and then uncompressed for sorting out.
I don’t know, but I think it can be done.
...all the troops and contractors have a secure smartcard. This should be a piece of cake. Can’t even get in to the military’s internal website without it.
