Weekend Optimism: Predictions for Romney Win Roundup

Here is some optmistim for the weekend:

Michael Hudome: Romney will win Pennsylvania!

Despite all the hype, it’s going to be a short election night. The Keystone State is the key reason. Pennsylvania will go for Governor Mitt Romney. Why Romney Will Win Ohio

Reasonable prognosticators — and even the MSNBC crowd — will realize once the results are in from Pennsylvania that the other three time zones won’t matter. Once everyone discovers that the emperor has no clothes (or that Obama has no argument after the negative ads stopped working), the vote shift could be of historic proportions. Morris also thinks that Obama’s parting gift to the Democratic Party will be the GOP taking control of the Senate, 53 (R) to 47 (D), the opposite make-up of what it is now. Steven Hayward: Why Romney Will Win.

Someone had a great rundown of what time polls close and his take on when the networks will have to call various states, sometime yesterday. Can’t remember the thread title.

Florida FReepers better get out and vote! I stood in line at a library in Jacksonville for an hour and a half today to cast my ballot. There were a lot of Obama voters standing in line with me. I wish this weren’t true but it was.

OK my brother and sister Freepers, I love you all. I have to say now that some time has gone by since Romney was declared our nominee, that I believe he is the man to defeat Obama and the best choice to defeat him. I voted for Santorum in the primary here in Michigan. I had voted for Romney in the 2008 primary because I did not want to see McCain win. There was no way McCain could have beaten Obama. As events have unfolded these past months I have seen that Romney was the perfect choice and has within him all the gifts and skills to be a great president. Will we have to hold his feet to the fire, maybe. I have reluctantly gotten on board with him. But just maybe he will surprise us and be a great conservative president. Could be 8 years of a Reagan like term. If he can help turn this country around how will the Dems ever defeat him, he will have the numbers on his side.

I’ve been saying for several months that Romney would win 359 EV...including Oregon!

And I’m a pessimist.
