It’s a pasty skinned, tattooed, guy hair cut wearing, coffee house dwelling, Asian design loving, lesbian folk music listening, hippie apparel wearing, Patchouli smelling, hipper than thou demeanor young 20 something woman.
Apparently she’s famous, apparently she’s on HBO, I know nothing about her but just the show title I saw she was on made it sound like it was all about OWS type lesbians. Just a guess, I doubt I’m wrong on that but admit to not caring enough to look it up.
Its like watching a bunch of Jerry Sandusky wannabe’s run a campaign..this is really really creepy..I think the Obama Campaign knows how badly they are going to lose so they are just throwing everything out there(Including the kitchen sink) and seeing what sticks. That's Lena Dunham in the ad. If you don't know who she is and what she does or if you don't like her, the ad will leave you cold.
And Lena Dunham fans or followers are a very small group. Most of her own generation doesn't know who she is, and of those who do, not everyone is a fan.
The other thing is that Obama's become like one of those television or movie characters that the writers assume that everybody's going to love. You know, the kind who's always mugging at the camera. And it gets awkward because so many people don't love or even like him now.
