On Thursday, Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE) officials announced that Sandra Rodriguez Miramontes, 19, has been free on bond since September 21. She reportedly left her 2-year-old nephew trapped in her car for eight hours, resulting in the child's death.
Miramontes has been charged with child abuse resulting in death.
She was arrested on August 5, after admitting to police that she left the boy, Gabriel Torres, outside the Precious Moments Daycare in Albuquerque, New Mexico, where she worked.
Despite her illegal status, she was released on only a $500 bond from the Metropolitan Detention Center, where she had been held since her arrest.

That’s what the article states! But someone will be along to tell us how they get no ‘special privileges’. Do you think if you pulled this you’d get a $500 get out of jail card???
A two year old...8 hours in a hot car! THAT is torture! Can you imagine the horrible death that baby endured?
Yep. Can you imagine her working at a Daycare of all places and leaving the kid in a car? Too bad someone didn’t notice.

Ok, so she worked at a day care center. Did she have a SSN? If so, how did she get it? Is she paying taxes? Was a background check run on her? How bout a drug test?

Take care of your own kids. You fool yourself to think you can take care of your kids at a daycare center. You have no idea what they are exposed to.
Hell, you get a $5000 bond for not showing up for traffic court!
