The very silly See- B.S. poll showing Obama winning Black voters 94/0 aside, those who want to ignore these signs must keep in mind that the last time African American ministers told their people not to vote Democrat was in 1908. Thereafter using lies and tricks Wilson brought Blacks to the Democrats. The Black ministers did not actively work against Democrats ever again.

Obama will not get 95% black support in the election.

15% (Official, well over 20% unofficial) Black Unemployment will ensure that.

In 2008 many blacks who didn’t remotely support this guy idea wise voted for him, because of the historic nature of it. Now they recognize that mistake. Obama will still get an overwhelming portion like democrats always do, but it won’t be 95%.

There is a landslide coming up and down the ballot folks, Democrats are going to face a tidal wave, and by the time the dust settles, 2010 and 1994 will look like they were good days to be a democrat.

I hope and pray these polls are truly indicative of a shift of black votes from Obama. But, I have very serious doubts.

I believe that the vast — VAST — majority of blacks will follow Lovie Smith’s injunction to his fellow blacks: “Remember, you got to vote for Obama because he’s an African American.”

Of course, had John Harbaugh or Rex Ryan said that whites should vote for Romney because he’s white, they would have been fired within minutes for racism. As Smith should have been.

Obama will carry 96% of the black vote. All we can hope for is a lack of enthusiasm on their part resulting in a low turnout.

Coach, that wasn’t a CBS poll: it was done by BET of seven or eight swing states. I’ll believe ANY change in black support when I see it, but your numbers are interesting.

There is more at work here then just that one issue IMO. Barky has taken the black vote for granted from day one. Truly he did not engender himself with the community with his support of fag marriage. Beyond that, black’s are getting killed financially and in his zeal to shore up as much hispanic vote as he can, he has pitted that support against a base he believed was 95% solid. Furthermore, those in the community who are not of the perpetual welfare mentallity are feeling the results of his failed economic policies the most and the bad news for his excellency is they also vote in larger percentage than the takers. It is not ridicules to project that he will get “only” 80% of the black vote because of both the reasons cited above: economics and his fag agenda. IMO, that is why the recent push from the media giving little exposure to the black attendees and speakers at the converntion. Even “the daily” news was pushing this slanted position yesterday.

So with a voter turnout of 12%, and losing say 15% of that number, HIS excellency may see an overall decline of 2% in actual votes among blacks. Hopefully it is enough to swing the election.

I don’t think for a second Romney will get much of the black vote, but I do think that a significant % of the 2008 black vote just won’t show this time.

NBC News/Wall Street Journal also shows Romney with 0% black support. That’s zero, absolutely no measurable support. The only thing that might happen is less blacks turn out to vote for Hussein. The more that stay home the better. The black vote is entirely hopeless. They vote based on how many freebies they can get from government and the GOP can never win that debate.

I don’t understand why there hasn’t been targetted efforts to use the gay marriage betrayal and the horrible economic record of Obama especially in relationship to the black community against him. The ad should be labeled “Betrayal” because that is exactly the best word to describe what Obama has done to his most loyal constituents. They voted for him and have not only been forgotten but have found their interests set aside for those of illegal immigrants and homosexuals. If someone can’t make a hard hitting ad with those components there is no hope for the GOP. They should get several black Republicans young black man, young black woman, older black man, older black woman speak directly to the camera about his betrayal. I know the GOP aren’t capable of this but they should be taking advantage of this wedge. What irony it would be to use the first Black President to begin the deconstruction of the Democrat black base. There hasn’t been a more perfect opportunity.

If there is anyone who knows that not all black people are angels or even who they pretend to be, it’s other black people! His skin can’t fool them for all that long. He is NOT one of them. And not all black people are brainwashed.

I know a number of church attending black people who are absolutely, unequivocably opposed to the idea of gay marriage. And some other very hard-working people who, all things being equal, would rather have a job.

Just about all of them voted for Obama out of a sense of pride and relief that a black man could be elected POTUS less than 50 years after Jim Crow ended. But many of them are not impressed with his performance. It’s a small number who will change their vote to be sure, but significant.

The big question is ... will they show up at the polls? Or will Obama still get 95% of the ones that do vote?
