To sterilize oneself to become more promiscuous is very shortsighted. When one discovers such promiscuity comes with the consequence of disease, they will learn the folly of their behavior.
The 15-year-old-no-parental-consent issue here is an Oregon state law, not ObamaCare.
Conscience of a Conservative, the law was written by DHHS. Oregon is implementing it.
jonrick46, a 15 yr old doing this would likely have little parental guidance or involvement in their lives. “Folly” is a word someone this young knows nothing about.
