Thirty times over the past two years the House has voted to repeal the President’s “Affordable” Care Act. Of course,on each occasion Republican leaders were secure in the knowledge that the measure had NO chance of passing the Democrat controlled Senate or collecting the signature of Barack Obama. And this was of supreme importance to these stout-hearted,GOP Representatives as it meant none of the scheduled votes would raise the ire of the Party’s most feared and potent foe—the dreaded national media...

They are not cowardly, they are traitors and should be treated as such.

Its a symbolic vote - we all know it won’t get past the Senate, and certainly if it did - the golfer/liar-in-chief would veto it anyway.

We need control of the Senate as well. Having said that - I want deal-maker-Boehner replaced as Speaker.

Clean house of these spineless traitors. They know what it is and will do to the country, and do nothing.

CORRECT. But what makes you think that the next batch of Democans or Republicrats will be any different? These parasites will say and do anything to get elected. Then they will turn their back on the people who believed them.

The only way to prevent the parasites from lying is to hold them accountable. Voting against what got you elected must be made a felony, disqualifying the person from office.

House leadership has the authority to legislatively package ObamaCare funding in any manner it wishes. Were they to place it with truly necessary “must pass” funding legislation,it would force Senate Democrats to make a very dodgy political decision before the election. As Congressman King puts it,Democrats would have… to “…defend Obamacare as more important than all of the rest of the functions of government combined.”

This paragraph makes no sense. If you put Obamacare funding in a bill with other "must pass" funding, it gives easy cover to everyone. Even Republicans will not oppose "must pass" funding. How would this force Democrats to make a "dodgy political decision?" Many times in the past, Republicans have let onerous Democrat programs slip through because those programs were part of a bigger bill that they were afraid to oppose.

Boner...All nice and blustery for the Primary.
Wins the Primary, loses his stones, again.

Boner’s motto. “Speak softly and carry a big box of tissues.”

With Party leaders like him (and McConnell) who needs dims?

The house can't do squat by itself. We've had 33 votes to repeal Obamacare and all end in the same place, DOA in the senate. Those who clamor for a 34th vote are playing into the dems hands. What did we hear from the MSM last vote? 8.2 unemployment, people needing jobs, and instead of voting on jobs bills, the GOP is wasting time and taxpayer money on useless symbolic votes against the healthcare law the SCOTUS just blessed.

Now is not the time to take votes that will just serve as distractions from the failed policies of Obama and give the left weapons to use against the GOP in the next election, which is just 98 days away. Use your heads, people. You need to look at the big picture here.

Aren't these the same ones who we're being told will hold Romney's feet to the fire and reign in his leftist tendencies?

If you put it in must-pass legislation, the Dems showed two years ago that they don’t care about electoral outcomes if they can entrench a program. It would be foolish to bet that sen Dems would ever reject the bill. Rather, just as the House Dems did, they would permit just enough to vote no while still ensuring passage.

I was thinking of taking away all of their congressional life time perks. No health care, no retirement, etc.... Let them live off of their own skin.

You'd really see some tears then.
