Savannah Guthrie posted two pictures she took of Obama's long form Birth Certificate, but, it can be clearly seen that she photographed two different documents.
This thread is about comparing Savannah Guthrie’s two photos of Obama’s bc that she took while at the White House. So, you are comparing the ‘blue’ and ‘green’ PDF files and not the two Guthrie photos?
I’d be interested in seeing that zoomed in more and a larger portion of the documents animated, including the 9, 12b and 14 at the right, as well as the entire Sinclair signature.
The small square you see in my grayscale animated gif is the entire image area of one of the two Guthrie photos. The main photo is her other photo. These are the only photos she took that were published on the web. I also have a ‘blue’ vs. ‘green’ comparison animated gif and those bc’s are also the same. Don’t get caught in the minutia of comparing same documents when we know the issue really is, ‘Is the birth certificate TRUE and ACCURATE’? NO!
There’s differences in spacing between the lettering and the sizes of letters within the boxes that wouldn’t be accounted for by camera angles. Let’s not make unnecessary excuses for obvious anomalies.

Boss: Great! I'll keep this one and you upload the file onto My website.
Forger: Ok Boss, I have just have a couple of small touch ups to make and I'll print out the final version as well.

Thanks for showing this! Sure is strange, isn’t it? The layer with the text isn’t matching up with the layer with the background.

The birth certificate is still forged but these two photos are of the same document, without any doubt.”
Nice try, but, when you can measure a difference between the heights of the letters on your monitor, it’s not an optical illusion.
