A couple of days ago I reported on the stabbing of white truck driver Nick Stokes by members of a black motorcycle gang called the Outcasts of Alabama. It’s not merely a scary story but also an unusual one, mostly because of the behavior of law enforcement. The Adamsville, AL police department not only failed to question or detain any of the gangsters, but, outrageously, also told Stokes that they “don’t mess” with the Outcasts.
What isn’t at all unusual about the story is the mainstream media’s reluctance to cover a case of black-on-white crime. In particular, I cited the Birmingham News (BN), whose crime-beat reporter, Carol Robinson, had brusquely dismissed the incident as not newsworthy.
What is striking about the story is Stokes’ claim that a police officer told him, “We don’t mess with those Outcast guys.” They also advised him to let the matter go because the gang could come after him. And I tend to doubt he’s lying.

The KKK was founded to protect whites from marauding blacks and carpetbaggers. It later evolved or devolved. Read an unbiased history, if you can get your head out of your arse.

Actually I haven’t seen anything in the story to show that these guys wouldn’t have acted exactly the same way if a black trucker would have sprayed gravel on the bike then the guy fell while chasing him. This just sounds like a bunch of mean 1%ers (which was a biker term many years before Democrats used it to demonize the rich)who were so badass that even the cops thought it wasn’t a good idea to pursue it.
There are plenty of instances of black on white crime to be angry about. This sounds more like a white man got on the wrong side of some really bad people who also happened to be black.
That said, if the left makes that impossible, which has been their intention for decades, I have no problem advocating and engaging in extreme violence to bring the US back to constitutional rule of law.
I keep hoping it doesn't come to that. But I seem to be watching a train wreck.
Yes, the law has not been applied equally for a long time, cronyism, money, and celebrity all have their influence. It is so routine as to be commonly accepted now, nobody even cares anymore. The US is as corrupt as many 3rd world nations.
It is no surprise that more & more people disregard more & more unequally applied laws.
And that jusifies the Law's inaction on the bad guys? Saying the first clever thing that comes to mind often distorts the real issue - cops won't go after a black gang because they're off limits, whether it be for "being too tough" or being so while Black. Doesn't matter - if it was a White gang going after folks and picking on the occassional unfortunate -to-be-there-Black, they'd call in all the reinforcements they needed and we'd see Waco or Ruby Ridge again..
Sounds more like they were just leveling with the guy. If you were a cop would you take that person back to confront the gang? Sounds like a recipe for dead cops and a dead trucker.

I doubt you can come up with many instances of cops going into, for example, a Hell's Angels hideout without a SWAT team behind them.

Last I heard Hells's Angels and others like them were still thriving. Everybody knows they are 1%, criminals, thieves, murderers, you name it. When was the last Ruby Ridge or Waco assault on them? I must have missed it if it happened.
You're trying to turn an issue of the police being nothing more than a cleanup crew and revenue producer for local governments via ticket writing into a racial one. Truth is they are equaly worthless no matter what color you are.

Hells Angels are arrested nearly every day of the week , by local and federal cops. Check it out yourself.

And I'm sure every one of those Outcast members has a clean rap sheet because they are black and nobody has the guts to arrest them. You really believe that?
