Don’t think so. The SCOTUS has powerful allies.

Not sure what you mean. A complete overturning of Obamacare means ABSOLUTELY nothing. Nothing of substance will change.

Does anyone think that mitt and the gop-e will go along with the removal of the 250,000 + bureaucrats hired to implement this monstrosity? Not a chance.

The left knows clearly that mitt and the gop-e in Congress will just rename a few things and move ahead with implementation.

The SC and Congress are powerless in the face of a leftist bureaucracy hellbent on asserting more and more control over the citizenry.

I challenge anyone to ask Paul Ryan, Jim DeMint, Boehner and the rest of the GOP-e this question, If Obamacare is overturned do you advocate the firing of ALL people hired to implement it?"

The answer will tell you all you need to know about the Statist GOP leadership. I am now of the belief that we pass the point of no return; the sooner we can get there, the sooner we can restore our Constitutional Republic.

It’s not important that you know.

I also think what you conjecture is full of prunes.
