China’s New NDAA Law Is Less Repressive than Obama’s Version

We’re living in strange times when China begins copying America’s detention laws but watering them down. We’re often assured by the media that China is filled with human rights abuses and governmental tyranny, but what does it mean when their rules are less repressive than the ones Barack Hussein Obama is imposing on us? Things have gotten so bad here that a communist country is copying Mr. Obama’s signature pieces of legislation, but making them more humane than the American versions. The communist Chinese have revealed their latest proposed amendments to detention rules. Unlike the NDAA passed here in America, the Chinese authorities would be required to tell family members if a suspect is arrested.

Barack Obama has put in place three pieces of legislation and/or policy which mimic the conditions in which Josef Stalin was able to carry out his reign of terror in the former Soviet Union. These are the National Defense Authorization Act, the Executive Order Mr. Obama signed on March 16, and the administration’s assassination doctrine.

In the 1930s and ‘40s, Russians lived in fear that they could be killed by their government at any time. They could also be snatched off the streets or from their homes in the dead of night, shipped off to a gulag and forced to labor for the state until they died. These rules have not been completely implemented yet on U.S. soil (as far as we know), but Barack Obama and the U.S. Congress have put the ability to do these things into place.

Here’s how the process works: A U.S. citizen is deemed a terrorist by the administration. This can be for something as simple as going to church every Sunday or paying cash for items at the store, according to FBI protocols for designating someone a “terrorist.” The military can then arrest that individual on U.S. soil, in direct violation of posse comitatus. The suspect can be detained indefinitely, according to the rules established in the NDAA – rules which Mr. Obama insisted had to be there, under threat of vetoing it. Under the rules of Mr. Obama’s latest Executive Order, that individual can then be forced to labor for the government without pay until he or she dies.

This is no different than the rules that Soviets lived under during Stalin’s Great Terror.

And China’s new rule proposal is less frightening. (Don’t misinterpret us – China is still a hellhole.) Chinese authorities will be required to inform the families of suspects that they snatch off the streets. This is a game changer for the Chinese people, because knowing that a family member has been arrested and where and why leave them with options to fight for their release. Americans now have no such protections from their own government.

If a member of your family is detained by the military for being a Tea Party member or for voicing an anti-Obama opinion in the workplace, you have no option to find out why they were arrested or where they’re being held. This has already been established through War on Terror doctrine. Family members can appeal to Congress, but they will be met with silence. No information on so-called terror suspects can be released to families or their attorneys, because it has the potential to reveal “state secrets,” according to rules established under the Bush administration. As we’ve said many times, George W. Bush loaded a gun during the War on Terror, and then Barack Hussein Obama turned the gun around to aim it at conservatives and patriots.

We congratulate the Chinese government on its moves toward reforming itself into a less abusive entity. Now if we could only convince our own rulers to do the same.

Alberta recently passed a law to regulate private conservations AT home between a parent and their own child, forbidding them to teach that homosexuality is a sin.

This was passed by “conservatives”. I’d hate to see their liberals.
