Fine, the house was legally owned by his father's fiance but that seems like semantics. If his father was living there then Martin would have seen it as his father's house. And he was returning to that house from the 7-11 around 7 PM so I don't see how there is even less to back up the description I gave.
In any case, this is all beside the point. If he fought with Zimmerman, regardless of who initiated the fight, it would have been because he felt he was in danger. I just don't understand why people have to call him a gang banger when he had no violent history.
What planet are you living on? Haven’t you seen the twitter account where someone mentions that he beat up a bus driver? The screwdriver? His pounding Zimmerman’s head on the sidewalk? The gang tattoos? The gold teeth?
It was a nice fantasy that he was really Beaver Cleaver but it’s turning out he’s more like a violent Eddie Haskell.
You'd have to ask them but maybe it's his gold grilz and his twitter handle @NO_LIMIT_NIGGA and his brother tweeting "<<<< yu ain't tell me yu swung on a bus driver" a couple of weeks before this incident.
If Martin was casing houses to potentially rob, I don’t think he’d be doing that in the gated community that his father lived in.
That is an unfounded speculation. So let me indulge myself in one of my own.
If Trayvon Martin had just been walking along straight back to the home he was living in I don't think George Zimmerman would have been suspicious and called the police.

What makes you think that, besides your own preconception?
Are you basing your conclusion that Martin was in fear on the media, or are you projecting how you think you would feel in a similar situation?
The evidence presented doesn't show Martin having any fear, at all. It is much more likely that he was angry, than afraid.
