Getting home late from work last night, what I noticed here on FR was an appalling trend of our own people trumpeting that Newt cannot win a state outside of his home, GA.

I thought his southern strategy might have been a good idea, but losing Tennesse and Oklahoma kind of put a damper on that. It's all about the numbers and the way forward.

.....It's all about the numbers and the way forward.

Tennessee delegates:

Santorum: 25
Romney: 10
Gingrich: 8

Oklahoma delegates:

Santorum: 14
Gingrich: 13
Romney: 13

Atlanta delegates:

Gingrich: 46
Romney: 13
Santorum: 2

Newt also picked up 2 in ND, 3 in AK

Gingrich total delegates to date (w/o disputed FL numbers) 105.

DId you understand the rest of my post...it came right after your excerpted part???

He won South Carolina, resoundingly.

So the statements I was refuting last night were that the only state he could ever win, had ever won, would ever win, was his home state of GA.
