Over the past two years, a man from Toronto, Ontario, CA has posted videos to YouTube (which were subsequently removed) of a very graphic and disturbing nature.
The first(from 2010) contained two small kittens which were placed inside a vacuum bag from which all air was removed and they were made to suffocate.
The second, posted a year later (November 2011), showed another kitten that was fed to an albino burmese python.
The third, released shortly after, gave the image of a cat taped to a broom handle and lowered into a bathtub filled with water to be drowned.
Efforts of individual parties have identified the perpetrator, present in all videos, as Luka Magnotta.
A reward has since been issued from the UK news publication The Sun as well as (believe it or not) the People for the Ethical Treatment of Animals for information leading to the conviction of Magnotta. Known sightings place him in Toronto, Russia, and the Southwestern United States.
The above link provides two videos created by a Facebook group devoted specifically as a clearinghouse of information and updates regarding the investigation of Magnotta and his crimes.
Please understand: This is not a joke. The videos are very real as I have seen them and can provide urls to them so you can see for yourself (not that you may want to). I just find it shameful that this has not been in the national news.
This is the sort of thing Anonymous is actually good at and for.

I say hang the perpetrator from his balls and then water-board him.
After that, kill him with cyanide gas.
Maybe someone will talk and this slime will be caught and will be kept in safe keeping until Satan is ready for him in HELL!!!

Finally, among the numerous Photobucket albums allegedly created by Magnotta is one located here and more photos here dealing with the aftermath of the kitten vacuum killings. They are of an extremely disturbing nature and not recommended for those who are sensitive, however nevertheless necessary as mere words cannot always express what a photograph can.
If you have seen this guy (and I know people all over the world come to this site), notify the authorities immediately. (Yeah...I have something else in mind...but we have to be cool at FR...I think.)
