I guess the argument that your dad has to be a US Citizen doesn’t apply any longer. We lose...I guess it’s time to give up this angle. No way is anyone going to rule that he’s not natural born—that would screw up so much stuff they just can’t allow it.

I kinda figured - when John Roberts swore in the Kenyan - that even if this NBC issue ever reached the Supreme Court - they would rule for Bammie.

This Georgia judge just made their job easier.

From the little I gather, the judge cited the Indiana Ankeny opinion that was not introduced in his court, and it is an atrocious opinion piece.
