“The Sustainable Communities Regional Planning Grant Program supports metropolitan and multijurisdictional planning efforts that integrate housing, land use, economic and workforce development, transportation, and infrastructure investments in a manner that empowers jurisdictions to consider the interdependent challenges of:
(1) economic competitiveness and revitalization;
(2) social equity, inclusion, and access to opportunity;
(3) energy use and climate change; and (4) public health and environmental impact.
The Program places a priority on investing in partnerships, including nontraditional partnerships (e.g., arts and culture, recreation, public health, food systems, regional planning agencies and public education entities) that translate the Federal Livability Principles into strategies that direct long-term development and reinvestment, demonstrate a commitment to addressing issues of regional significance, use data to set and monitor progress toward performance goals, and engage stakeholders and residents in meaningful decision-making roles.

Curious IF all these blatantly illegal activities of the Democrats, Obama are to keep our attentions diverted while they, and their U.N. associates worm their way into our governing systems throughout the Nation. From top to bottom, from the Fed to the States to the Communities.
All of this costs billions, perhaps trillions of dollars, and one of the favorite tactics of the Democrats is to use our money to fund their agenda’s, their projects.
Wondering where all that money, all that “stimulus” money went. Did it really go to cronies then ultimately full circle to his campaign coffers? I doubt that’s entirely so.
We need an accounting for every penny that was heisted from us.
I told a friend here on FR many months ago that I could envision nothing that would give me more pleasure than a gig pursuing, inditing, trying, convicting, sentencing and punishing those Traitors who are acting to destroy this great nation, circumventing it’s Constitution, demoralizing we the people and aiding our nation enemies.
Treason is still a very serious charge with very strong legal hurdles to be overcome in the pursuit. But none the less begging justice.

I also wonder where all the Solyndra and other “green grants” dough went to. Half a billion dollars vanishes into thin air. This is not only the slimiest group of politicos in American history, but in world history as well. This corruption is unlike anything the world has ever seen, they rival the worst of them. And yet, the people sleep.
Yeah just take a look at down town Detroit, another rat initiative to loot the American taxpayer, a new name of the same old game, and another way to fill pockets of friends. The cancer continues.
