The Democratic National Committee is touting their latest internet video that spotlights the Top Ten Greatest GOP Moments of 2011. They counted down moments such as Cain’s brain freeze when he was asked if he agreed with Obama’s Lybia position. And, there’s Romney’s comment that Corporations are people too. (Albeit artificial people for legal purposes, but apparently the DNC doesn’t know that) But, what about Omama’s continuing gaffes that the Media ignores?
Here are some of the best Obama gaffes the DNC hopes will go away:
1. At his first St. Patrick’s Day White House celebration party on March 17, 2009, Irish Prime Minister Cowen was just a few lines into his speech, when he stopped reading from the teleprompter as he realized there was a teleprompter malfunction, and that he was reading the same speech Obama just read. Ready to save the day, Obama got back on the stage and began reading the Prime Minister’s speech that just appeared on the teleprompter, the speech that the Irish Prime Minister should have read. As he unknowingly read the Prime Minister’s speech, Obama thanked himself for giving the St. Patrick's Day party at the White House before he realized his mistake and stopped. The press did not report this gaffe that was recorded on their running cameras.
2. We can’t forget Obama’s speech about medic Corpsmen that saluted the military’s Corpsemen?
3. There was the memorable Obama misstatement when he told a Memorial Day audience, "We're here to honor our fallen heroes, many of who are in the audience.
4. Dan Quayle was nearly laughed out of he room when he misspelled potato. What about the ridiculous Obama statement during the 2008 campaign, “I've now been in 57 states—I think one left to go."
5. And speaking of brain freezes, Obama...

They neglected to list the “shout out” he had to give Joe Medicine Crow before he discussed the Ft. Hood shootings.

This list is not all inclusive. Also, this is just 01/03/12. Lots of time to go.
Obama’s worst gaffe took place just after noon on January 20, 2009.
What about the Austrian language? And who can forget the police who “acted stupidly”?
Without his affirmative action crutch, he’s a bumbling idiot.
One case in point (I only listened for a couple of minutes) was Estevan, the black explorer who supposed traveled 15,000 miles. I don't know how someone can travel 15,000 miles going from Florida to Texas and then to northwestern Mexico.
Gates didn't mention that Estevan started as a slave in the Narvaez expedition to Florida (initially several hundred men) or that he was one of the four survivors--he didn't mention Cabeza de Vaca, the leader of the group that led the others back to Mexico and our sole source of information about their experiences.
In other words, his talk was a lot of hype--no wonder he teaches at Harvard.
Probably should post a Top 50 list.

During his campaign, he suggested that surgeons would rather amputate a patients leg, rather than try to save it because they get a $50,000 fee for amputations. Actual fee for such amputations is less than $1,000.
