The chains of the Constitution have been broken and the “BEAST” now known as the FEDGOV is rampaging through the countryside. Almost all problems would be resolved, with a strict adherence to original intent.

If you understand 'original intent' than I agree with you.

The greatest threat to America is unquestionably the unwillingness of Republicans to take a forthright stand on immigration and a number of other related issues because they are cowards who are afraid of being called “racists.”

All one has to do is read the arguments presented for the entire country presented at the time. It is not as if this document fell out of the sky. Facts were presented, then there was a vote on what to include, and what restrictions were necessary for this nation to work.

Democrats at every level of government. They are corrupt and criminal. They destroy anything that is good about America and they are a stain on our nation.

Democrats—from Obama on down.

The party of death,of illegals, of gunrunning, of the personal mandate,of spending us into bankruptcy, of low moral character, backers of an ineligible President,of lawlessness, the Communist party in America.

Later, I’ll tell you what I really think.

A Second Obama term.

No, kidding. He has to go.

unfortunately some of us will go 3rd party if their candidate does not win the nomination.

That is not an answer I will accept. Tell me what you mean by ‘original intent’.

Telling me to go read something written by others is not an acceptable answer.

Let me help you along.

I am in the timber business, I own a lot of timber land, the EPA, thru the courts, is trying to shut down the roads we use inside our own land. Using the term ‘original intent’, tell me how you understand my rights are being effected by this EPA attempt. And tell me what you think of the EPA.

Let me add this. If the EPA is successful, well over one thousand men and women, employed by me, will loose their jobs till I can figure out the permit process and get my permit applications approved. This could, I would suspect, take three plus years. Additionally, it will effectively take shut down all of the small wood lot owners. I am defining small wood lot owners as those with less than 10,000 acres.

It will also cause the price of timber products, including fire wood to go through the roof. The trickle down will be catastrophic to those who rely upon wood for their livelihood or heat.

It will be boom for the Chinese and other foreign countries who export wood products to the US.

But, what about ‘original intent’?

Congress, being subject to “recall” is the only agency that can make rules, and levy taxes. The EPA should be taken to the lime pit of America, and buried there, never to be resurrected. Original intent, would take pages to explain, but the 10th amendment is pretty clear. The Federal govt has strict limitations, only being allowed to wield power ceded to it by the States. If the government wants to take your land, or limit its usage, they must compensate you for the sacrifice.

On that we agree. and I feel pretty sure we would agree on Original Intent as well.

Have a very merry CHRISTmas.
