The military SHOULD be able to take down terrorists or combat teams infiltrated into the US. How do you write a law in such a way that it gives authority to do ONLY that?

He won’t even send National Guard to protect the Southern border to stop an invasion of drugs, alien immigrants, or weapons . Instead , he puts up 15 highway signs to warn U.S. citizens to seek an alternative route, due to danger from drug cartels , and illegal immigration routes, and while he and the Department of “Just-us” promotes and arms the drug cartels . I dont trust either major party with this authority to arrest and detain without trial, much less use the military as “enforcers “.

TRUST is something that you earn , and so far , I haven’t seen anything out of this administration that is worthy of TRUST .
That is why we have police and the FBI. There is no reason for the military to be involved. I dont forsee any reason that a Tomahawk cruise missile will be needed to go through a front door in America.
That is why we have Sheriff's Offices, police departments and National Guard.
