I read the book and it was an awesome action-packed read. Louis Zamperini is still among the living, last I heard.
It is a tremendously interesting story of a life reaching the finishing line totally spent and pushed to the fullest after using every ounce of heart, mind, body, and soul that he had in him.

After reading this book on my Kindle, I bought a half dozen copies in hardback and gave them out as high school graduation gifts to some young men.
The book is fantastic, and I hope they all read it and learn something about perseverance and determination from Louis Zemperini.
She suffers from an extremely debilitating case of the neuroimmune disease, ME/CFS, and is so home-bound she cannot fully participate in the promotion of her books and movies about them.
