Weird but true.
I notice you didn’t answer the question...
Focardi wasn't involved was he?!
LOL, I have, we crossed at Domodosola. I'm middle aged so I don't look like what I assume a criminal does look like. my wife and I were sharing a compartment with a young brother and sister going through Europe.
At Domodosola, the Swiss customs guys (2) came in, took one look at them and asked, "Where is the marijuana?" I actually started laughing which didn't sit so well with my wife but we didn't have anything, what, did they think we were international drug smugglers? They made these poor kids empty out everything they had. Our next connection came into the station and we got off the train with them (the customs guys) just looking at our passports while the two kids were trying to stuff things back into their bags.
Why would you smuggle weed into Switzerland? You go there to buy it.
Really? I live in California so if I smoked pot which I don’t, I could get a letter from a Doctor saying my “illness” wink wink nudge nudge requires me to smoke pot. The local alternative left wing nutjob paper has medical Marijuana “pharmacies” all over Sacramento. I don’t care if people smoke pot but don’t tell me you have a medical reason unless you have glaucoma. They just want to get stoned.
If you’re in northern Italy, you go to Switzerland to buy weed. Personally, I have no problem with it—let people buy what they want. No need for the “medical marijuana” pretext.
Have you forgotten?? You’re on my “ignore” list. You reminded me of that, and I’m sticking with it. Bye.
You’re not the first to give up because you can’t compete.
Be sure to see a therapist because you can’t perform.
The information about the flowmeter and how used was part of an interview, not a formal report. And no, I don't have a link.
"When we skeptics/seagulls/whatever read the reports and dont find the data and call you on it, your response is, you should do more than just read the reports? Gimme a huge freakin break. You expect anyone to take you seriously when you cant even maintain a consistent position?
Thanks for mis-stating my position (as usual). I have ALWAYS maintained that, because this isn't a formal scientific situation, you have to look at ALL the data, and that includes the videos and discussions involving the principles. The reports are where you should START. They are the MINIMUM. But you loons pretty much refuse to look at anything except what supports their "it's a SCAM!" meme.
Here it's called "Cottage Industry" The facility is limited to a certain square footage, but that's about it. Of course, you still have to meet all the necessary business regulations (safety, waste disposal, etc.,etc.)
New Warthog policy. I will not respond to any reply that contains anything about "it's a scam". None. Zero. I've had it with you jerks recirculating the same stale comments over and over stated a hundred different ways and/or sourced from different "skeptic" forums.
If you want to discuss the science, techniques or similar facets of either Rossi's rig or cold fusion, I'm your guy.
Otherwise, you're wasting your time (as I've decided to stop wasting mine in paying attention to you).
It’s too bad Rossi won’t allow independent testing. You wouldn’t have to exhaust yourself defending him.
Sorry, but some grainy Youtube video somewhere which might show a glimpse of a flowmeter doesn’t count as “data.” If it’s valid data, put it in the report for analysis.
Yeah, I don’t blame you. The truth’s a b*tch, and who needs all that constructive criticism, anyway? Best to just ignore it all.
Oh,but wait—before you go, would you please let us know definitively whether or not you would have purchased a fake degree from Kensington University? The reason I ask is, according to you, you earned (note I said ‘earned’) a degree from LSU, which is quite a good school; nevertheless, you steadfastly defend Rossi’s purchase of a fake diploma from Kensington U.
Before you put all of us seagulls/skeptics on ignore, I’d just like to know why you went to all the trouble of getting a degree from LSU, when you could have just paid a couple hundred bucks and had a fake one sent in the mail.
My arguments haven’t changed, you have .... your position is becoming more and more absurd
I don't speak for the others but I could care less if you talk to me. If you can't compete, not my problem. I like how we're supposed to agree to your terms before you'll deign to recognize our existence. Give me a break. I've done experiments in physics classes that have more instrumentation AND accuracy than those guys but you buy it hook line and sinker.
GO ahead and cry in your milk, I hate to break this to you but you're not talking to me, it's going to make me cry, tears of laughter, though. The fact that you accept this with such a ridiculously low level of measurements and side shows makes me think maybe you're not as brilliant as you think you are, maybe the links I posted will open your but then again, probably not.
This thing is a scam, Kevmo is using FR to pimp Rossi and his blogs, I posted a few articles that call B.S to Rossi's claims, I know you don't have the guts to read it but here's a link for those on the sidelines:
University of Bologna Denies Faculty Involvement with Rossi
Several Articles, including one from NASA: NASA Engineer Explains Why Rossi Demos Failed
I challenge anyone to read those three threads and then come back and tell me how Rossi is the victim here.
If you want to discuss the science, techniques or similar facets of either Rossi's rig or cold fusion, I'm your guy.My last post to you (LINK) was a serious and respectful request for you to apply your knowledge of radioisotopes to answer what I think is a major problem with Rossi's technical claims.
I see that you refused to answer it.
I won't bother you again. You are obviously a blowhard and too thin-skinned to be of any use here.

The words attributed to Occam are “entities must not be multiplied beyond necessity” (entia non sunt multiplicanda praeter necessitatem), although these actual words are not to be found in his extant works.[5] The saying is also phrased as pluralitas non est ponenda sine necessitate (”plurality should not be posited without necessity”).[6] To quote Isaac Newton, “We are to admit no more causes of natural things than such as are both true and sufficient to explain their appearances. Therefore, to the same natural effects we must, so far as possible, assign the same causes.”[7]
