Upon being proven to have perjured himself before the House Government Affairs Committee, Attorney General Eric Holder did what any dedicated leftist would; he changed the subject and blamed someone else.
In a childish and petulant letter to his principle adversary, Darrell Issa, Holder accused the Republican congressman of cynical efforts to “score political points” and repeated his claim to have known nothing of Operation Fast and Furious in 2010.
But Issa would have none of the Attorney General’s bogus claims or pathetic excuses. In a masterpiece of typewritten homicide which has received far too little attention from conservative bloggers–and of course NONE from the mainstream media–Issa exposed Holder’s criminal activities and his lies and misrepresentations concerning Department of Justice involvement in Operation Fast and Furious.
With no trace of the professional courtesy or benefit of the doubt so often accorded one longtime inhabitant of D.C. by another, Issa pointedly accused Holder of deliberately “…undermining the [Fast and Furious] investigation” by offering a “roving set of ever-changing explanations to justify its (DOJ) involvement.”
And Issa rightly stated that, in shifting blame for the Operation’s “shortcomings” from the Bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco and Firearms (ATF) to the Phoenix US Attorney’s Office, Holder’s “efforts were designed to circle the wagons around DOJ and its political appointees.”
Of Holder’s letter itself, the congressman made it clear the Attorney General had done little but “obfuscate, shift blame, berate and attempt to change the topic from the [DOJ's] responsibility in the creation, implementation and authorization of this reckless program (Fast and Furious.)
Of course that was obviously Holder’s intent. But rarely has a D.C. Republican had the courage to make such an unequivocal charge and call out a radical leftist for his blatant dishonesty and contempt for the American public.

but you know it's coming if not similar crap already being "reported" in the MSM. SCUM BTW has been used here by a couple of FReepers and IMO is the most accurate description. But the last time I checked there were just three google hits.
Arming the most murderous criminals in the world is an executive policy best obfuscated by its proponents. There can be no other rationale short of declaring war on the citizenry.

Under Holder this department's mission has been completely perverted. The book's cover promotion says it better than I can:

They already tried a smear and what they came up with was that his district office overlooks a golf course! onoz! Bad Issa, bad! OTOH, maybe they weren't trying that hard yet.

I'm waiting for the other shoe to drop. If ATF can illegally support a terrorist organization directly on our borders, they are capable of drug trafficking.
He's endorsed Mitt Romney. And I'm not thrilled with his apparent desire to destroy the USPS without pushing the simple solution of removing Congress's requirement that the post office fund pension obligations generations in the future. And I thought people like Issa wanted the postal service run like a private business.
Issa is a politician, therefore he bears careful watching.
Fast and Furious, besides Obama and Holder murdering hundreds of US and Mexican citizens, was always first and foremost a conspiracy to remove Second Amendment rights.
J. Christian Adams is a TRUE credit to his country. Like John Dodson, he took the very dangerous path of becoming a whistle blower against a criminal Regime. To this day, each of the ATF whistle blowers is being treated disgracefully by the Obama Administration and neither Grassley nor Issa are doing what they should and COULD to prevent it!!!!
There is nothing at all that prevents the DA in the affected counties from filing charges except politics.
File murder charges against all of them, have the Governor sign the warrant and demand extradition to answer the charges. Force Obama to issue pardons it will end his career immediately.
This regime can always lie themselves out of tough situations.
They have the MSM to cover for them and most of the American people get their “information” from the biased and lefty press.
