The following excerpts are from the “Declaration to Restore the Constitutional Republic.” It must be read by all citizens to understand the gravity of the situation we are now facing. All members in Congress have received this notification! The Veterans in our nation have combined their efforts to prepare this Call to Action.
An undisclosed number of American Veterans and former service members have come together to prepare and present this Call-to-Action on behalf of the U.S. Constitution, the Republic, the Rule of Law and equal justice for all freedom loving citizens of the United States of America. Acting together as one, via The Veteran Defenders of America, co-sponsored by civilian patriot group The Unites States Patriots Union, LLC – we issue the following CALL for peaceful disobedience.

We can’t wait another year. Obama and Biden need to go now. This Administration in colossal inept and destroying our nation at such a pace, they should resign immediately.
Anyone calling for the forcible overthrow of the US government (however crappy it is right now), needs to be banned. And investigated.

I’ll drink to a gratifying result of that declaration even though I expect that this administration, congresscritters and supremes will have a big chuckle out of it.
They’ll chuckle, then use it in their propaganda about how dangerous the radical right is.

There isn’t a single thing I read in their that calls for the forcible overthrow of the government. It calls for an orderly and peaceful removal of the president. The doc also asks for its citizens to be prepared to react to the violence that Obama’s union goons will bring upon us, that we all know will happen at some point.
This document may not go any further than a few reads on here but at some point some of the things mentioned here will have to happen or else the socialists will take over without any opposition. Don’t be so sure that elections will go as planned, or for that part take place when they are supposed too. The fact that dems have repeatedly called Tea Partiers terrorists and some “jokingly” talk about suspending elections is not something that should just be ignored.

However I have not read the entire site. I suggest we keep an open mind on this.
That being said, I myself would not raise a hand in anger at another American.

Would you view impeachment as sedition? After all, is is outside the 2 and 4 year voting cycle?
What about removal of members of the senate or house through their internal mechanisms? Would those be acts of sedition?
Would guilt of crime as found in court and removal from office based on efforts of special prosecutor, would that be an act of sedition?
What is the difference between veterans and former service members. Who wrote that? It sounds like a non vet writer.
