I loved the shot at George Will, the classic dinner party conservative. No Republican establishment, George? Who the hell do you think YOU are?

We’ll have to wait to see if Krauthammer feels Christie is educated enough, like he passed judgement on Sarah as not being educated enough.

As an interested observer of the passing parade, it is spellbinding to read and listen to those in the “establishment” say why an outsider is not qualified to knock them out of their position at the levers of power. The establishment is wetting their pants because we, the ordinary person, may have the chance to elect someone to Congress and the Executive branch that will represent our views and not Wall Street and K Street lobbists. They must tremble at the prospect. Think for a minute if that terrible Sarah Palin were president. What would she do? Gasp, I would have zero influence concerning where those billions went (and into whose pocket). May God have mercy on this country.

What it all boils down to is that the establishment GOP RHINOS and the Dems are terrified of Palin actually winning and destroying their little “insider” DC lifestyle payed for by special interests and taxpayers.

I hope Christie gets in the race. He can split the RINO vote three ways with Mitt Perry and Herman Cain can win the nomination.

Why should a candidate have to declare before early 2012? What's the rush? The notion that a candidate must declare 1-1/2 years before the election is ridiculous.

Like a lot of people, I'm sick and tired of Karl Rove. And it makes me sick to my stomach when Hannity calls Karl Rove, "the architect". Karl Rove is a jerk and I'm sick of him being promoted as some type of expert. And what's with the stupid "straw vote"? Only a small number of people participate in these straw votes. Why do we pay so much attention to these straw polls.

I’m tired of Palin and her wait and see attitude. You ar either in or your not. I would have voted for her. Not anymore. We have the guy that can do everything Palin can. His name is Herman Cain. We can send a huge message to the GOP establishment by making Herman Cain our nominee. Screw the establishment, the Bush family, Christie, and now Sarah Palin.

If they can cause Palin to hold of just a while longer in entering, assuming she will..

..assuming she won't

Bachman has earned more respect from me than Palin. Bachman is more professional, not easily angered by what is said about her, is much more camera friendly, highly intelligent, shows leadership qualities with a relaxed calmness which shows she is in control..much more than Palin who is fast becoming yesterday's news. Palin grabbed the limelight as much as she could, perhaps too much; innocent in assuming the party would run on forever--but I believe she and her family have paid the price of paticipatory celebritydom [and been paid handsomely for it]. Her future as a speaker or news contributor will remain; I am just disappointed she seemed to want to play games with those that are and have been very strong supporters.

Compare Palin to the participatory writer/journalist, George Plimpton, who once entered the NY marathon near the end of the race and crossed the finish line before the runners who had been giving their all, working through exhaustion, made their finish. Plimpton said later, he regretted the stunt for the obvious reasons.

Didn't say I will vote for Bachman..long time til that day; and I have said I would only keep my focus on a productive job environment platform [nothing more] from a true proven business leader with experience who has walked the walk and not just talked or taught the talk, not a politician--but Bachman can carry her own and could easily win in any intellectual debate against Obama.

I cannot wait til Obama has to debate WITHOUT TOTUS!!!

A lefty[family] said he hoped Obama would not run, that he should retire, has accomplished what he set out to do-- I said no such luck and laughed. The Left has already thrown in the towel.
