Unbelievable that this guy has had 18 formal citizen complaints filed against him and he is still on the force.

Like someone posted in the comments section of the article, this would probably mean that he's pulled this type of behavior HUNDREDS of times.

LEOs cost cities hundreds of millions of dollars each year in judgments.

No doubt several lawyers are talking to the female in the video.
