A Vote For Ron Paul Is A Vote For The Left
Townhall ^ | 8/27/11 | Alan Levy

Some of my regular readers will wonder why I'm wasting my time with Ron Paul. After all, ol' RuPaul is nothing but a piker, and our eyes should be on the prize--- the White House in 2012. This would be a fair assessment----if one only looks at the small picture.

I am fighting for the soul of the Conservative Movement. I'm heading off RuPaul and his cyberstormtroopers at the pass before they irrevocably damage the Movement. If the Conservative Movement is destroyed, all hope is lost. The Republic will not survive. It's that simple. It's that cut and dried.

Did you happen to catch Mark Levin’s show when he interviewed Jeffrey Lord about this ?

Unless he decides to run as an Independent there’s nothing to worry about. His chances of winning the GOP nomination are the same as they are in every election he enters — zero. Sure he makes a lot of noise and his supporters get very excited and spam our FReepmail, but that’s the extent of it.

Righto. But his issues of the Fed and worldwide interventionism are getting increased attention as people looks at our financial condition.

My big concern is that he’ll do damage to the Conservative Movement. Remember, many leftists can’t tell the difference between a paleocon, a neolib, and a True Conservative like us. Eventually, the arrogant and lazy press will begin to tie RuPaul and his cyberstormtroopers to the Tea Party Movement, regardless of whether or not that tie actually exists.

The 2012 election is going to be the most brutal in American history, no doubt about it. The last thing we need is RuPaul and his neoconfederate buddy Lew Rockwell making it worse.

even if he runs independent, which I doubt he’ll do, he won’t siphon off too many votes from our candidate. Lefties love the guy , due to his anti-military stance. He’ll take most the votes from ZERO , not our side.

I’ve spoken to a lot of Ron Paul supporters all over the net. They have a really big jewhate problem.

That’s 1000% true, but Conservatives and Libertarians have been saying this for decades. RuPaul certainly is NOT the first to mention this.

Ron Paul attacks conservatives more than he attacks liberals.

Any surprise? You should see what he says to the foreign press, in these cases, Iran’s state media , Press TV-

Kind of like those Muslim clerics who, in English say they are peace loving and want fluffy bunnies and rainbows, as soon as they get to their home country, in their own language, preach jihad and hat.

They hate Jews because many of them are Neo-Nazis. One of the big reasons the Nazis hated the Jews was that the Jews represented capitalism, and the Nazis were socialists. After all Nazi is short for “National SOCIALIST German Workers Party”.

Oh really...? Who are the “conservatives” who criticized the Iraq War from the beginning other than Paul and Buchanan?

stuff like this brings to mind some of those old granny tales as to your resulting state of mind if ya got overly enthusiastic in certain “habits”...of course, that was back in the pre-hippy/druggie days, so most of you won’t know what...never mind...

I did. Lord is a joke of a historian, and Mark did not seem to notice. Further, Mark really jumped the shark by inferring Paul is anti-semitic. I never thought he would stoop to left-wing thug tactics.

"A Vote For Ron Paul Is A Vote For The Left"

I'm sorry, I have to disagree.

A Vote for Ron Paul Is a Vote for a Major Lune.

None. The Iraq War was completely justified.

I’d be hard pressed to call Ron Paul or Pat Buchanan Conservatives. Pat Buchanan chose a communist activist as his running mate during his laughable 2000 presidential campaign and currently works at MSNBC.

As for RuPaul, his earmarking problem, as I addressed in the article, certainly takes away from any Conservative credentials he may claim to have.

In 2009, he was the CONgress Pork King. It means he brought home more pork than the likes of Nazi Pelosi and the beady-eyed Steny Hoyer.
