This is just a start:

Ending the intentional censorship of ideas...making Political Correctness (cultural Marxism) illegal (which it is). No government money allowed for NPR—any “news” outlet because it can be nothing but agitprop for some corporation or politician. No government money for the arts—none.

All lobbying in Washington DC will be illegal...all bribery. 17th Amendment will be abolished.

Local control in public education with all decisions for curricula to be decided by the parents who will be the only ones allowed on the board. No public unions allowed. No “certification” from the government needed esp. for such worthless major as “child development” which is all about social engineering and conditioning.

Return the Marriage Contract to something meaningful and restore marriage as the fundamental building brick of society with emphasis on restoration of the idea that parents are the main teachers of their children. Promote the ideas which lead to flourishing human beings—who are most able to attain happiness to a high degree. The general welfare demands the promotion of “values” which produce the best results for people. No other model should be encouraged at the expense at the most perfect one. So laws should be based on the moral laws....the natural right of children to have a biological mother and father raise them. All laws should prefer this situation and NEVER undermine it.

Repeal of the unconstitutional IRS code, section 501-C-3 which limits ideas and speech of churches to fascist control by central government. Very unconstitutional.

Eliminate the IRS—the unconstitutional arm to destroy private property. No income tax. Property taxes adjusted to constitutional functions only.

Eliminate Legal Positivism from our legal system which has destroyed “Just Law” and creates law separated from morality. It is not appropriate in a legal system based on “the laws of nature and God’s law”—one where our rights are from God and not man. Legal Positivism is responsible for irrational and arbitrary laws based on whims and emotions which create unequal law—usually it gives power to a few politically connected over others (enemies). It is what is the basis of the destruction of our legal system which has destroyed the Rule of Law and makes it a political football now (and a joke). Nothing but a mafia (Holder) system.

Restore the Commerce Clause to its original meaning. No made-up rights for central government.

Judges have to uphold the Constitution and if violating their oath of office will be forced to resign immediately with no pension, if there can be proof of intentional undermining and ignoring or of incompetence. Judicial activism is unconstitutional and not allowed. Violates the intent of the Constitution and balance of power.

The National Lawyers Guild in the old days was frequently identified as a legal front organization for the Communist Party. Sidney Hook described the individuals who founded the NLG as “not being capable of taking any stand that conflicts with the CPUSA (the Communist Party of the USA)”. In the 1950s the National Lawyers Guild refused to purge its members who were members of the Communist Party. Today there are Guild members who are cadres in a variety of communist groups along with a majority of unaffiliated members.

Michelle Obama and Bernadine Dohr worked for the same law firm, Sibley and Austin.  One of the first organizational meetings for Obama was held in the Ayers-Dohr house.  Obama has worked on several committees with Ayers.

The connection is clear and should be a red flag for all those who believe that Barack Obama’s relationship will Bill Ayers and his wife, is casual and insignificant.

While I wholeheartedly support all of your suggestions (except education) I would add the following:

** Our nation is in serious need of spiritual revival. We should also remember that a person's **most** important mission field is his own children. His second most important mission field is the children of his own congregation. Of course that means conservatives should get their own children out of the godless government schools and then work to see that the children of their own congregation have access to a thoroughly Christian private education that fully integrates their **specific** denomination's beliefs into all aspects of the curriculum.

** Every government school in this nation is godless in its worldview. All government owned and run schools are socialist-funded and managed by the voting mob collective. Simply by attending children learn to be comfortable with socialism, godless thinking, and collectivist control of their lives. All of them should be shut down.

** Voter fraud is treason and should be investigated with vigor, prosecuted, and punished with life imprisonment, ( maybe even public hanging.)

** We need a thoroughly conservative media outlet. I suggest an Internet based “radio” program and 24 hours “news channel”-style programing. Personally, I can't stand Fox's semi-conservativism and shyness about covering social issues. They have been despicable as well concerning Obama’s eligibility.

** To help in the demise of the godless government schools I think we should move to qualifying exams, ( as suggested by Charles Murray). The private qualifying exams could start as early as first grade and continue on to the graduate school level. The course material and testing could be completely free to the student, if the producers of the material accepted advertising. The producers could even become extremely rich. The fewer kids in institutional K-12 schools and college the less exposure they will have to the godless worldveiw of the schools and their communist teachers.

** K-12 education alone is a HUGE part of our taxes. More money is spent on K-12 communist indoctrination than on our military. ( Federal, state, and local combined.) Getting as many kids out of the godless communist government indoctrination centers would save TRILLIONS for the taxpayer and go a long way toward balancing the budget.
