Anyone woh lifts weights and eats properly will be overweight.

Just because one is “overweight” - doesn’t mean it’s an unhealthy overweight.

Big fat mama spilling out of capris versus athlete with a lot of muscle mass, no comparison - certainly not equal just because technically both weight more than whatever the average weight is for their height.

And ps what is average changes over time. So it isn’t even consistent.

If you’ve ever been to Europe, you know what people like the David Sirota and the authors of those studies expect us to look like.

I was in Berlin last year and I was absolutely shocked at how puny everyone was. And those were Germans, not Frenchmen. I felt like I could snap most of their arms off like twigs.

I think I’ll stay American. If that means I’ll cost a few thousand extra a year, I think I can handle it.

I have been learning this one. Have been working out intensely nearly every day for a few months. I have not lost weight, but my clothes are falling off. Because they are getting too big, not just because I like to toss them off everywhere. ;)
