Really? Hmmm, Ok Explain this. I had a dear friend that worked at a major university. He ate yogurt for breakfast and a banana, lunch a small salad, dinner, chicken, light meat. Everyday he drove to work along PCH, and he passed this homeless guy that smokes constantly, eats out of garbage cans, drinks, and is stoned out of the bejeusus. My friend died of cancer (colon) in 1995. To this day I still see the same homeless guy on the same stretch of PCH, eating the same way. He is alive, my friend is dead.
No, it is. This has been a much studied and debunked diet. The latest addition is the acid/alkaline connection. If that worked, one could pop a Tums with any meal and drop weight. It’s silly.

OK eat whatever the hell ya want. That will certainly guarantee you a long and fruitful life. Eat processed crap outta boxes full of chemicals. It will help even more.
Ok you’re right, I admit it. It makes no difference what you eat. All ya got to do is limit calories and that is the secret to health and long skinny life.

Just saying... dont make statements that are untrue. A major study out of england over 30 years measured the effect of organic food vs a non organic food diet. The study proved without a doubt, organic food had 0 no none,zilch impact on the health of the people in the study. Now you want to eat that way because it makes you feel like you are in the land or rainbow and unicorns, no problem. The fact of the matter is the human body is probably the most resilient machine on the planet. It can take a lot of abuse. Eating a healthy diet is fine but it is no guarantee that you will live healthier or happier.

Sure and there are a dozen studies which show the quality of food you eat effects your health.

Sure, and Americans continue to abuse that machine day after day and obesity rates are improving, as are cancer and other diseases like diabetes. They are improving, right?
I guess you just want to control what people eat just like the leftists. NO ORGANIC for you, you must eat chemicals molded like a generic food item.
