I want to throw a huge hat tip to radio show host Peter Boyles for his superb, non-stop coverage of Obama's constitutional eligibility and Obama's social security number problem. Out of all the radio show hosts in the country he's hammered the issue the most. I encourage all to tune in to his live show or browse his show podcasts and listen to the many shows that have been broadcast to millions.
Atty Mario Apuzzo will be on the Peter Boyle Radio Show on KHOW 630 in Denver CO - Wednesday 9 Mar 2011 @ 10 a.m. EST.
The topic will be the lack of constitutional eligibility of the putative president Obama and Obama's unwillingness to provide any hard evidence and documents to controlling legal authorities to back up his claim of a Hawaiian birth. Factual and legal issues will be discussed. Obama was born to a British Subject foreign national father and Obama himself was thus a British Subject at birth. Obama is not a "natural born Citizen" as is required by the U.S. Constitution Article II, Section 1 for that reason since his father was not a U.S. Citizen, not even an immigrant to the USA, nor even a permanent resident. Obama's birth may have been registered in Hawaii but with the contrary statements coming out of Kenya, and in past years before he ran for President such as these, it is likely that he was not physically born in Hawaii but only falsely registered there as being born in Hawaii by his maternal grandmother after the fact to get her new foreign born grandson U.S. Citizenship using a simple mail-in form available back in Hawaii in 1961. The false registration of his birth would account for the short-form certification of live birth record and the 1961 newspaper accounts of the birth being registered with the Hawaiian Health Department which placed those public service announcements in the weekly papers for all birth registered, real or falsified. Let’s see Obama’s Form 5, Application for Social Security Number. Form 5 gives the applicant a choice of filing as a U.S. Citizen or a Legal Resident (Green card holder).
Did Obama identify himself as a U.S. Citizen or a Legal Resident when he filed for his SSN?

Another great talk show host, here in NY, is Steve Malzberg on WOR 710. He’ll talk about this subject until the truth is revealed. I always remember Malzberg interviewing Jeffery Kuhner and Kuhner saying that everybody knows in WA D.C that obamao is ineligible but that they are afraid of what will happen if they do report it.
Speaking of gaffes, in the first part of that Matthew’s video. Listen to it and catch what he says. He first says that obamao’s parents lived in kenya and then he corrects himself and says that his father lived in kenya.

Apuzzo gave a great overview of NBC history & definition. Worth hearing both hours IMO. IIRC Roth also has a Canada Free Press writer on Fridays who has done great work on this.

Did y'all hear Rush several weeks back on BO’s BC? He spent the whole opening mono + part of second segment. It was good but superficial and he said it's probably a trap by BO & Co. I was disappointed to say the least.
