LAKE LUZERNE -- One of North America's largest Muslim organizations wants to build a summer camp in the Adirondacks on 114 acres it recently acquired.

The Islamic Circle of North America, a Muslim advocacy group based in New York City, hopes to raise money to develop a camp for children and families of all religions on land donated to it last year, Muhammad Rahman, ICNA's secretary general, said in an interview Thursday.snip

a doctor named Sayeeda Tahera Jafar transferred the deed on the 114.4-acre property to the ICNA last week. Word about the donation started moving around this North Country town of no more than 3,000 people on Thursday.

"It's kind of their business, and it's probably a good thing," Steve Mackey, co-owner of Luzerne Market, said of the ICNA's plans. "We're Americans, a melting pot." snip

On Valentine's Day, several hundred Americans protested an ICNA fundraiser in California, citing controversial and anti-American statements made by two of the event's speakers,

Muslim Terror Training Camps in the United States

This group, known as Jamaat ul-Fuqra (JF), was founded by Sheik Mubarak Ali Gilani during a 1980 visit to New York. In an effort to stop the perceived influence of Western ideology on Islam, JF uses violence to keep Islam from being ‘tainted’ by Western influences. JF will even wage violence upon members of their own faith, if they are suspected of not being faithful to Islam. In 1980, Gilani purchased 70 acres of land near the Catskill Mountains and founded Islamberg, in Hancock NY, a Muslim-only community where Muslim followers and converts could settle and reside in. Today, over 30 similar Muslim-only communities have sprung up all across the United States.

For no good reason, we allow Muslim immigration. Thanks to the dynamics of unending extended family chain migration, the amount of Muslim immigration will no doubt increase.

This need not be so. Congress and the President could end mass immigration any time they want, but no Democrat will vote to cut off the mechanism that will deliver them demographic supremacy in this century, while the GOP seems content to march down the road to demographic oblivion.

But Islam in particular is not compatible with Western values. There is no reason to grow that population through public policy.
