Celente says the collapse is underway and hasn’t stopped. He points out that government is focused on the past and has failed to address the future.

“The whole nation is basically trend-ignorant. Go to any of the universities – Harvard, Princeton, Yale – they don’t look ahead, they look behind.”

“They made up the big lie that you have to make the country bigger and controlled by a few,” says Celente. He believes that revolt is ready to happen, as the people are feeling angry, cheated, and betrayed.capitalism floor is its need or the desire for greater profits that constant growth ,pressuring the price of raw materials , creating the necessity for depressions, and in the extreme a conflict to control those resources , the last comment may well be behind the thinking of large countries military spending ,which in the end everyone losses ,a system must be built from the worker up ,they buy the goods and produce them ,

What do you do? I'll go over a quick list:

1) Buy gold and silver.

2) Buy a gun if you don't have one already (have a pistol, rifle, and shotgun)

3) Buy ammunition

4) Store at least a couple weeks worth of food and water.

5) Have a plan to get out of town if necessary and where you can stay.

If everyone did these 5 simple things we wouldn't have to worry about any chaos when the banks and government collapse, because everyone would be in good shape to survive

Gerald Celente, unmitigated tool.

Not sure what it says about me, but I never heard of him. BUT IF the liberals are postulating the Egyptians are justified in going Cairo against their government for cause, a case could certainly be made that We the people are fed up with raising corn to run our vehicles up and down our interstates, highways, and streets.

If you travel abroad at all, stock up on cheap, generic antibiotics. Get the kinds useful for common soft-tissue infections, esp. if you can’t get to a doctor when TSHTF.

“2) Buy a gun if you don’t have one already (have a pistol, rifle, and shotgun)”

I agree wholeheartedly.

I ALSO think we should “alert” our “representatives” in Washington that these rights we hold sacred.

And....we hold THEM in contempt.

“2) Buy a gun if you don’t have one already (have a pistol, rifle, and shotgun)”

If society breaks down to the point where you need a gun, then it is all over anyway.

“Gerald Celente, unmitigated tool.”

I am not sure what an unmitigated tool is, but I enjoy listening to Celente.

He runs Trends Research and has a blog here:

A local incident is not the same as the entire country coming apart.

I am all in favor of everyone having a gun in the home, but
if the entire country comes unglued, your gun will be no better then a pea shooter.
You would be shooting at National Guard and Army troops.

It won't be over until I'm out of ammo.

...just traffic. (8^D)

Seriously, I agree about being prepared. I'm always looking for better ways to keep it all together if the balloon goes up.

“I am so glad our Forefathers didn’t think like you.”

Our forefathers were fighting a FOREIGN power.
If you are referring to the Civil War, there is still no comparison to a mass armed revolt against the Marxist of the American government.

As I said, it will be all over anyway, unless the military revolts.

A local incident is not the same as the entire country coming apart.

An entire country coming apart is a cluster of local incidents. Where you are isn't across the country, but in your back yard.

I am all in favor of everyone having a gun in the home, but if the entire country comes unglued, your gun will be no better then a pea shooter. You would be shooting at National Guard and Army troops.

I guess that depends on two things. Your local troops, and the reason they'd show up.

There would be pockets of mayhem--some very large, some very small, and there will be places where life goes on, with a few adjustments. How you and your neighbors treat the subject may determine which you live in, as much as where you live.

It wasn’t a FOREIGN power they fought they were British Subjects and they revolted against what was their soveign government.

They were farmers going up against trained soliders and if they had though like you the Red Coats would have found no one at Concord Bridge.

You are missing the fishing gear.

Even if it is illegal to gill net/cast net, etc.. make sure you have them in your emergency kit.

foraging is different from recreational fishing.
