He’s in leavenworth because he disobeyed the lawful orders of his superiors and missed movement.
I’m sympathetic to the colonel, but he got some really really bad advice somewhere, and made a very bad and career-ending decision.
Didn’t Lakin testify in court that he knew full well that his orders were legal and he had a duty to obey them?
As this writing there in fact is no Long Form Certificate of Live Birth. The Governor can only find some vague record of Obama’s birth recorded in the Hawaiian records. This explains why the Obamator won’t produce it. He can’t get it either because it doesn’t exist.

Depends upon which orders your referring too. He admitted that the direct order's to board the plane and report for pre-deployment...yes, he admitted those were lawful orders.
He didn't admit that Barry gave lawful orders for the deployment surge in Afghanistan.
