No Forgiveness for John Edwards
The National Enquirer reports that when John Edwards realized that the end was near he begged his betrayed wife for forgiveness, but Elizabeth refused to relent.
On her deathbed, a hurt, angry Elizabeth screamed at John, saying You ruined my life Ill NEVER forgive you!
Reports say that John Edwards repeatedly broke down in tears, and actually doubled over with grief at Elizabeths bedside. But she showed John no remorse. Nothing he said could change Elizabeths mind.
The only concession Elizabeth was willing to grant her cheating husband was to pray with him that God would give him the strength to protect and raise their two young children, Jack and Emma Claire, after she was gone.
Cutting John Edwards Out of Her Will
Not only did Elizabeth refuse to forgive John as she neared death, she informed John that shed changed her will to cut him off from part of their $53 million fortune if he married his mistress, Rielle Hunter, after she died.
As she lay dying, Elizabeth Edwards also unleashed her anger at Rielle Hunter for destroying her marriage and ruining the bright political future John Edwards had.
According to reports. Elizabeth also had a few choice words for Rielle before she died, screaming to John that Rielle . will 'rot in hell!
A source close to the Edwards family reported that when it finally dawned on John that the end was near for Elizabeth, and that she would never forgive him, he collapsed.
No doubt John realized that the stress of dealing with his infidelity, and the bitterness and rage she felt about his betrayal served to hasten Elizabeth Edwards death.
The animosity Elizabeth harbored for his mistress, Rielle Hunter, was probably a contributing factor , as well.
Elizabeth Edwards' deathbed words will probably haunt John Edwards for the rest of his life.
PT Barnum said it,, there’s a sucker born every minute. I call BS on this article.
BTW, how much would you like to bet he already has another girl friend?
That’s harsh. I’ve sometimes wondered if I would unleash some harsh truths on my deathbed. I don’t think I would.
Chapter XX of the Life Styles of the Rich and Famous.
He’s a shallow person so he’s already over any guilt.
He outlived her so he won in the revenge game.
Exactly right. The ambulance chaser was in no hurry to get a divorce from a dying wife. Any money he got in the will was tax free.
It was against her adulterous husband not against God. Hopefully God will visit some karma on Edwards.
The only other rag......er......trusted news source that could be believed to carry such an obviously true news piece would be The National Enquirer.

Of course he collapsed, just thinking of all the money he'd be out.
It’s too bad she didn’t either forgive him or ignore him. Dying full of anger and hatred hurt only her, not him.
As much as I pray for her redemption, I am afraid she was the angry beatch to the very end.
What a pissy, poorly written article. She is trying to move our sympathy from the dying woman to her scumbag husband. What is with using the word “remorse” in referring to what Elizabeth won’t do? Remorse is not the right word.
It was within Elizabeth’s power to extend grace and forgiveness. As a Christian I believe she would have been obedient to extend forgiveness. It would have helped her reach a better state of peace in this life. But John had no right to expect or demand forgiveness. Grace is not grace if it is owed.
This story moves me to be sad for Elizabeth. John’s pain does not move me in the least.
I admire her restraint.
I agree with Elizabeth Edwards ... Infidelity is the greatest of all sins.
I could see him excusing himself from her bedside to make sure his hair was perfect in case photographers were in the hallway, though.
He’d be just the sort of weasel to try to spin his wife’s dying into his own personal pity party. Can he just go away now, please?
The Regime Media has always painted this evil pair of lawyers as saints: both horrible, horrible people who deserved each other.

agreed ... some homosapiens simply don’t have a conscience ...
