Alaska appears to be only in it for the Pork. Makes me wonder.
I just watched the interview. Sarah moved up a notch or two in my mind.
Gretta van whatever is still repulsive.
I have read that when Alaska came in to the Union, it was on condition that the feds continue to control the resources of the state.Part of this had to do with national security, of course. IAC, the politicians think of the state as being on a kind of allowance, and rather than demand that the feds give more land to the state, they ask for bigger allowances,which they then feed to the public. The public has gotten used to these handouts.
Why is Greta repulsive? I just watched the interview too. It was Palin defending her family. Nothing wrong with that, but there were no hard questions.
Defending her family was nice. But Greta didn't ask her anything like "Sarah, what would you do about North Korea's shelling of a South Korean Island?".
Wouldn't that be a really hard question?
I'd be interested to know, since I don't have the answer.
she was great on this show tonight...this new book is going to explode heads everywhere......it is very honest, frank and personal....
