Over Fourteen Years Without A Health Inspection At Rockford, IL Abortion Mill According To Official Records

There’s an old song that goes “Thank heaven for little girls, for little girls get bigger every day”; that’s not true at the Rockford abortion mill. Half of the babies aborted at that “clinic” will never get bigger every day. Instead, they died.

We see many young women enter that place with a child within them and exit the place without that child but instead with a lifetime ahead of them full of guilt and remorse for having an abortion.

The country was told that when abortion was “legalized” by the Supreme Court, acting in a raw abuse of power, abortion would be safe and clean, not performed in the so-called back alley methods of yesteryear. Take a look at just the outside of the “safe, clean” building in which women are taken, sometimes by force, to kill the child within them. Does this building look like any medical facility in which you would want your daughter, wife, granddaughter, niece, or any female friend to go to have a surgical procedure? Take a closer look at what appears to be mold growing on the building. Look at the disrepair of the windows and frames; see the rodents crawling on the building itself. Then look at some of the signs placed in the window of a so-called medical facility. Repulsive and revolting doesn’t even come close to describing this atrocity.

The women of Rockford and the surrounding areas are being sent to a place that has not had a proper health standard inspection in over 14 years; this is something most medical facilities are obliged to do yearly, as a rule. How is it that an abortion “clinic’ has a free ride for safety and hygiene? Are women so substandard that they don’t deserve proper care? Where are the women who rant and rave to keep abortion legal? Why aren’t they doing something about the deplorable conditions of the abortion mill in Rockford? Why hasn’t the mayor, the city attorney, or anyone else in authority done something about these conditions? Is there no one in the city of Rockford or the state of Illinois who cares about the sub-standard conditions we see at this place? Safe, legal abortions are not taking place in Rockford. They may meet the criteria of legal, but safe? I think not.

The article following is an eye opening expose of the conditions of the Rockford abortion mill, known as Northern Illinois Women’s Center.

Seedy Conditions Exposed At Rockford's Abortion Mill
Recently two young women who were inside of Rockford's abortion mill came out of the mill because of what they described as the, "dark and depressing" conditions inside. Pro-lifers have heard this for years from women who have been inside the Northern Illinois Women's Center.

One woman, Maggie, who had an abortion inside the Northern Illinois Women's Center and has since found forgiveness, peace, and love in Jesus Christ, said of her experience inside this mill, "I should have known better; it smelled like death, it looked like death, it felt like death in there."

Another post-abortive mother, Lindsay, wrote on Pro-Life Corner concerning what it's like in the abortion mill, “the evil presence in those clinics feels so thick you could cut it with a knife."

Lisa, who had an abortion inside of the Northern Illinois Women's Center, wrote “While at the NIWC they called me into a back room for an ultrasound. I asked the nurse if I could see it and she told me flat no. Then they took me into a different room for some pre-procedure “counseling”. The counseling I received at the Northern Illinois Women’s Center consisted of telling me my baby was just a blob of tissue that looked nothing like a baby. They showed me diagrams of what an ectopic pregnancy looked like and how I could die if that were my situation."

Even a former Rockford abortionist complained in the New York Times about the poor conditions she had to deal with in the Rockford abortion mill, “The first time Godfrey came to work, Ragsdale wasn’t there. A nurse showed Godfrey old-fashioned metal instruments that she’d never seen before. Godfrey made do as best she could."

It would appear that society does not expect stellar conditions when the goal of a business is to make money off of the misery of women and the killing of their children in the womb. But these stories and these pictures show us the conditions at this abortion mill are not worthy of the people of Rockford.

We should expect a clean and safe clinic. Isn’t that what abortion on demand promised? No more filthy, unsafe, back alley abortions; that’s what was promised over 37 years ago and like everything else related to abortion, that was a lie as well. It was recently brought to our attention that the state of Illinois has failed in its responsibility towards the public and has not had a health and safety inspection at NIWC for over 14 years. What! 14 years?! Yes, that’s correct and there are possible improprieties involving that inspection. Over 90 days ago a complaint was filed with the proper authorities and 3 months later nothing has been done. It’s been indicated by authorities by 14 years of no inspections and now by the run around and refusing to follow written law to a written complaint. So we are alleging that conditions are unsafe and unsanitary. No one will know until the state does its job, which should have been done years ago.

Let’s see: for the past 14 years over 50,000 babies have been killed in Rockford. We do not know how many mothers have been killed or injured. Thanks to Dr. Godfrey’s article in the New York Times, she proved that injuries to the mothers do happen in Rockford and it is often covered up. Women are injured and the babies always die. From the mayor on down, no one seems to care! Is it corruption? Bad attitudes? Fear of losing political support? Or is it, worse of all, the attitude of “abortion is legal so therefore anything else that the supporters or the abortion mill does is OK”? It’s as if the politicians have granted the pro-abortion crowd above the law status.

Surely anyone on the sidelines, no matter if on the left, the right, or in between, can see this blatant disregard for the health and safety of the women in Rockford, Northern Illinois, and Southern Wisconsin. It’s tantamount to the politicians silently saying “ well, it’s only a pregnant woman, why should I care?”

Back Alley Abortion vs an Abortion at NIWC
What’s the difference between a back alley abortion and an abortion at NIWC? Answer: about $600. Both are done under questionable health and safety conditions; both do not report statutory rape, both always kill the baby, and both often physically and mentally injure the woman. Both NIWC and a back alley abortionist have practiced for the past 14 years without an Illinois State Health and Safety inspection. Yes, it looks like the price of the abortion is the only difference.

The “good ole boy” Club
Why the blatant lack of concern for women? Wasn’t abortion on demand supposed to liberate women? It’s only done the opposite! Abortion on demand is a government sponsored “good ole boy’ club; a utopia for men; a selfish man’s club promoted in part by foolish feminists who are singing the man’s song. They say it’s my right to “choose”; to choose what? Answer: choose to kill my baby.

A translation from the man’s point of view to women and often minor girls: “Let me use you in my non-loving, self-gratifying, selfish way and if you get “knocked up”, not to worry. Here’s $600. Go have this major surgical procedure, rip our baby out of your body, don’t think about the fact that this is against your nature-to nurture the life within you. Hurry up; don’t think about it, the man continues to say. I don’t care how this will affect you mentally, physically, or spiritually. The important thing is, hurry back so I can use you again.” Certainly pimps, rapists, selfish boyfriends, even selfish, self serving husbands must love this government sponsored “good ole boy club” called abortion on demand.

Where is the mayor? The City Attorney? Rockford’s health department? The sanitation and safety conditions of a major surgical clinic are being brought into question. And for over 14 years city and state officials have looked the other way. Why? Are people being bought off? Is it the people that were elected are complacent and uninterested? Or is it even worse? Do some have the attitude that it’s only an abortion killing center?

The best thing that could happen is for responsible judges and legislators to reverse this immoral and illegal so-called law of abortion on demand. But for now, if we can’t change all of that, the least we can do is demand that the government enforce existing health and safety laws and protect the women of Rockford and Illinois; protect them with existing laws; laws that should apply to all so-called health care clinics.

As I get older, it becomes clearer; when I was a young man just coming back to this country from Vietnam I was confronted by left-wing, pot smoking hippies and was forced to listen to their anti-God, anti-decency, anything goes attitude. It was a sobering and heartbreaking thing for me to endure. Over time I came to realize that these people were the exact opposite of me. I was raised to believe, and I still believe, what I will call the “tripod” that held up this once great nation. As a tripod can only stand if it has only all three legs, if you remove just one of the legs and it will topple over. The tripod that allowed this nation to stand for over 200 years is God, family, country. Those on the left have a trinity as well; it’s an unholy trinity, a self-serving selfishness called Me, Myself, and I.

They have chipped away at our tripod of God, family, and country and have weakened the foundation-but it still stands. It’s weakened, but with God’s help we can re-strengthen it.

Forty years later I find we are still fighting the same group of self-serving, often pot-smoking, anti-God, anti-family, anti-American selfish, Me, Myself, and I types. It’s worse now because many of them are in positions of authority. They or their offspring are now teachers, judges, alderman or women, mayors and on up to the highest office in the land. They take every opportunity to erode our very foundation.

Guiding principle
As Christians we get our guidance from the Triune God, Father, Son, and Holy Spirit. Our enemy gets their guidance from their triune god, Me, Myself and I. We say there is only one truth and that truth is not something, it’s somebody; that somebody is Jesus Christ.

They say the truth is relative. Their truth comes from their god from within, from man, Me, Myself, and I. We say truth is not relative, truth cannot change.

PLEASE TAKE NOTE: It was witnessed on November 2, that a group of young people were seen washing the outside windows at the abortion clinic. That is three days before this article was presented on the internet. As you have read and will see below, cleanliness has never seemed to be high on their list. This makes one wonder if the mill has been tipped off about a possibility of an inspection.
