Yesterday when I posted about Oklahoma banning Sharia Law from being used in their courts, I stated that I hoped Muslims would file a lawsuit against this. As it will only expose the internal threat of Islam even more, and the public will get to learn about the true hateful nature of Sharia. I would like to personally thank the Council on American Islamic Relations (CAIR), for helping our side out. Then have shown us they are pro-Sharia, and are a clear enemy of America. So now anytime a US politician supports them this needs to be brought up. Within the law, lets bring CAIR and Sharia down!

Apparently the word “discovery” as applied to US legal proceedings is unknown under the sharia system.

I would like to see the new house bring this up as new legislation - Sharia law bucks US Constitution and therefore needs banning by ALL of the US...watch to see how this would take place tells you who is the true enemy of America!

Let me preface by saying that I am totally against this, no duh, but how, in theory, does it differ from the Jewish councils that decide matters w/ in their own faith? Isn’t that a bit hypocritical?

Well they did say they’d take the “right” to have Sharia Laws enacted thru our courts....so here it begins.

Jews are not on a worldwide movement looking to subjugate the world under a barbaric set of religious laws, but Muslims are. Islam is at war with us, and needs to be treated differently.
That is the way I see it.
The state can’t recognize church law - that would be a violation of the establishment of religion under the 1st Amendment, US Constitution.
