That first one- the speech where he's talking about sending the kid to the ER with asthma- is a doozy.

The kid ends up occupying a hospital bed when he could have just used a breathalyzer- I mean an inhalaltor[sic]-ah-er-uh. Or words to that effect. He was totally lost, had no idea what he was saying.

Not only did he not know what he was saying, he didn't know what he was talking about, either!
