Not only did he not know what he was saying, he didn't know what he was talking about, either!
Not only is he not intelligent, he also is an admitted drug abuser (who probably has some residual damage), a brainwashed marxist (from his decades of being mentored by frank davis and “rev” wright and a person who has incredibly bad judgment (i.e., marrying mooch-elle). Is there anyone who has ever existed who is more of a loser than this so-called president???? Really!

It is one thing to read from a teleprompter, but he was reading without comprehension. He was reading like a robot, saying the words without understanding what they mean or even the point of the speech.
He had not read it in advance and really didn’t care what was written. He was going to say whatever popped up.
This is a major point that pushes him past Carter as the worst president ever.
He is not even a real President. I don’t really know what he is, kind of like a blank placeholder or something.
The guy is definitely below average in intelligence, competence, and maturity. And he doesn’t anything at all about his job or about America.
