When asked to distinguish between the rights described in, say, the First Amendment, and the right described in the Second Amendment, Haslam responded that that was just the way it is. When asked under what authority the legislature acts to require state issued permits for handgun carry, he responds that’s what the legislature passed. Constitutional rights are fine in theory, he maintains, “but I live in the Real World”.

I voted the first day of early voting...Last Wednesday...

I wrote in Ron Ramsey...

I had voted for Ron in the Primary...

If Zach Wamp had won the nomination, I would have voted for him this time...

But not Haslem...

So slap me and blacken my name...

I’m a stubborn old biddy...

I wont be ever voting for RINO Romney either...

Somebody has to draw a line in the sand...

Our Hancocks fabric store in Raleigh, Memphis burb about 2 weeks ago...even a fabric store where old ladies work and shop isn’t safe in Memphis.
