Great As and twist on the 1984 Morning in America Ad.

It truly is Mourning in America.

Founding organization is Reagan's original PAC from 1976 (refounded by original Reaganites).

Donate to keep this ad on the air.

Here is the ad on YouTube.

Here are two more ads in that series from Reagan:

Train - Reagan on a train "most stopped by to say 'Thanks!'"

Peace

It brings tears to my eyes to see how far we've fallen. Obama really is Carter's second term.

I’m surprised there wasn’t a bigger response. When Reagan’s original PAC releases a killer ad like this, I kind of expected FR to go wild over it.

I hope they are able to raise money to run it for more than a week, and on more than FoxNews and MSNBC.

...of course, I suspect it is more red meat for conservatives to join Citizens for the Republic than it is to have a real impact on the election. That’s OK, it looks like a good group, with good goals, and excellent instinct.

I searched and found there’s already this thread on that great ad we were just talking about!

I didn’t know anything about this group but Ed Meese is listed as one of the Directors and another poster says it’s a group of genuine Reaganites who were his original PAC in the ‘80s.

It is a terrific ad and of course recalls the vast differences with the wonderful “Morning in America” ad of the 1984 campaign.

Let’s hope that lots of FReepers and others help to spread this far and wide!
