The circle will be partly a red sickle whose handle crosses at right-angles with a hammer pounding the taxpayers who while be labeled the “evil rich”. Evidently it's
just a new website.
I figured it would be disappointing, but this is even lamer than I'd thought. Of course, there aren't a lot of substantive "announcements" a DNC chairman can really make. He isn't part of Congress or the Administration, after all.
