Delaware is a small state. Enough money in O'Donnells coffers can do a whole lot of good there. Much more good then the millions being spent elsewhere like CA.

Same here. Watching him on Hannity last night was such an eye opener. Aside from being spiteful, his comments were shockingly stupid from a political standpoint--if you presume he wishes conservatives to prevail. I'm not so sure now.

The GOP had a chance to pick a person who is conservative and the TP would have supported them. They chose a Lib NOT moderate and lost. If they did not like Christine they had a chance for a different pick that was conservative. But still went for the Lib. This is showing the GOP that we will only support Conservative people period!
We just need her vote. If she’s not a very good candidate (I have no idea) then she should just keep her head down and vote with the conservatives against all things Obama does. She can’t be any worse than all the dem crooks that are already there.

The Lib-Rubs’ comments on the Delaware results only make me more willing to send money to O’Donnell. She’s #1 on my “Send a Check” list!
What bothers me most is that Rove’s comments came AFTER the primary results were in. That was/ this is the time to CEASE intra-party squabbling and unify. “She sucks and we’re going to lose the seeeeeeeeeat” isn’t a unifying message.
At the very least, Rove should know that if he cannot say something good about O’Donnell, he should STFU.

Not watching him, fortunately for my blood pressure. Here is what I have to say, based on what I am hearing.
Look, I don’t have a problem with folks, including many VERY conservative folks, who backed Castle as a strategic move (Delaware is a very blue state) or based on O’Donnell’s personal shortcomings (she has some; plus, she polls about 20 points behind even the loony-left Coons). I really don’t. I might have been one of those folks if I were in DE and thus “closer to the situation.”
BUT.
Once the primary is over, you don’t snipe at the winner. Ideally, you get behind her. (John Cornyn and NRSC belatedly seem to have gotten this point.) At WORST, you STFU. It would be nice if the “Architect” at least understood that last part.
Rove’s on FOX right now, once again launching into an assault on O’Donnell’s past that has nothing to do with her campaign or the issues. He’s smearing her reputation based on a her past taxes and the fact that her house was in foreclosure. More and more Rove is starting to sound like just another garden-variety msm liberal spin-meister ala Mat Lauer or Fat Ed. What a shame.

Romney also endorsed McCain, and then Palin, publicly in 2008. Then his minions went to work on the McCain campaign, sabotaging the Republican ticket from within, and trying to destroy Sarah Palin.
I would suggest thanking him for the endorsement, but keep him and his people at a great distance from the O'Donnell campaign.
