A January CBO letter found that “the majority of the [Medicare] trust fund savings…would be used to pay for other spending and therefore would not enhance the ability of the government to pay for future Medicare benefits.” And in a March letter, CBO quantified the amount of that double-counting, estimating that, if the law’s Medicare savings were actually set aside to improve the solvency of the Medicare trust fund (as opposed to being used for other spending), the bill would increase the deficit by $260 billion over its first ten years alone...

Va. Atty. Gen. Ken Cuccinelli was just on Fox with Megyn Kelly. He said the healthcare bill has no severability clause so if Va. wins against the administration (regime) on this, THE WHOLE BILL FALLS. He also said the federal govt. has to answer 13 days from today. Summary judgement is Oct. 18th. If the judge takes the same amt. of time as he did on the motion to dismiss, that would put us in middle to late November. He said the taxation issue and the individual mandate are the issues and even King George knew you could not tax non-activity.

While watching the series America: The Story of Us, it became apparent that the American Revolution was fought over the same issues that are being heaped upon We The People this very minute.
