And here I thought I was just slamming blogpimps.

Slam them once then move on. All you are accomplishing is hijacking threads...........and you've done a pretty damn good job here. I suspect that's your intent anyway.......

From what I’ve seen of Humblegunner, I’d say he has one primary goal—to harm the conservative cause in exactly the places where it has the most chance of gaining ground.

What places might those be?

Is this a serious post?

Is this a serious post?

Some folks are delusional. It's how Obama got elected.

"Looks like this couple also got dropped from the original announcement: 5) Joan Silverstein and Florida State Senator Dan Gelber.

"Gelber is a Democrat state legislator running for state attorney general."

Before we all go nuclear......there is a possibility that they dropped current candidates for public office from their list. It would be interesting to see what they did in the past.

“”Anyone who questions the validity of stuff posted on Facebook belongs in a rubber room?

Maybe in your world. Enjoy the cheesy-poofs. “”

questioning is one thing.....ridiculing is another.....

That's the excuse being offered here about West, but no mention of the Democrat. I think West was turfed for the reasons he's put forth and the 'Rat went along with being tossed as cover.

You could call your congressman and ask him to support West’s candidacy.

Unless your congressman is a liberal, which I realize isn’t your fault if that’s the case.

Liberals despise West because liberals are generally dishonest to themselves about the right thing to do regarding issues like race, national defense, the economy and the environment.

When it comes to candidates like Allen West, liberal activists will only resort to cowardly tactics—as seen in the facebook posting here. From top to bottom, liberal activists are little sissies. They can’t come out in the open and act like men. I don’t care if they have Bill Ayers or Timothy McVeigh tendencies, or jihadist motives—those are the tendencies and motives of cowards and sissies.

All “health” charities are leftist and fraudulent.

They exist to provide prestiege, and high paying jobs to liberal charletans.

This is shocking. There is one charity to which I will not contribute since they use it sort of as a front for political action.

If I didn’t know better, I’d suggest another idea for your brave and heroic struggle against the blogpimps.

I’d say get in touch with Cass Sunstein, or individuals associated with groups like the Center for American Progress or another group run by someone like George Soros. You might tap into some extra cash. These cowards would love to decrease the number of conservative blogs that get posted on conservative websites.

But you should keep in mind that Sunstein, Soros and organizations like CAP are in direct opposition to what FreeRepublic stands for. And they are fools, intellectually speaking. So in order to do this, you would have to sell your soul as well as your mind. You would have to choose to become an idiot.

There are blogs and there are blogs.

There are many real blogs like Iowahawk, NewsBusters, The People’s Cube, Hot Air, Big Hollywood, Vodkapundit, and Dennis the Peasant. They offer insight and entertainment.

Then there are the “Look at me! I have a blog!” type blogs that offer nothing but links to videos and other articles. These blogs are of little value here. Why not just directly link the said articles and videos on threads and bypass those “blogs” altogether?

I have an idea. Let’s have the free market decide which blogs are worthy, not the anti “blogpimp” nags on FR.
