when asked about reparations, he said he preferred nationalized healthcare and education grants (”coincidentally” both were in 0bamacare)
because these payouts were ongoing.
Reparations would “let America off the hook”.

That was then, now there's no way the President, in a private meeting with Senator Kyl would suggest any sort of shirking of Constitutional responsibilities by offering increased border security in exchange for amnesty for illegal immigrants. Furthermore the President has increased border security more than any previous administration...

Hell, even if lump-sum reparations were made, 90% of the recipients would be broke in 6 months to a year, and Cadillac dealers, jewelers, and alligator shoe stores would be swimming in money. This way, it’s perpetual.
